Great to see you got it sorted out - i'll keep a look out to see if any of the UK released stuff is close captioned as the europeans discs often get better treatment in that way ..... but it'd only work if you had a multi-region DVD player.

May well still be against the sales rules to do that - i'm not sure whether the rules are different for mail order. If it doesn't get offered, and you really want the Euro version there are plenty of us Europeans here who can pick one up for ya though we do pay a little bit more here.

It's a direct to video movie - it's not a special. There have been plenty of reviews for it, promotional in-store posters. They haven't (as far as we know) made TV commercials but then not all video releases get that. Kermit hasn't done any TV appearances to promote it because the guys are...

Thanks Ken for the update, much appreciated and some really interesting stuff. I think the Animal hair and Gonzo cape changes sound cool, and very happy about the EM Playset. As for the Euro spring thing, i'm sure myself and others will do all we can to send figs over to the states for those...

Well i think that's very unfair - it was something everybody wanted and many people were going to pay $100+ for on Ebay, nobody was expecting anything before the packages arrived, and Palisades have never told anyone to expect anything extra for their money - it's just a lovely suprise which...

Happy Birthday Fellow Muppet Central-ites !

Yeah i'd also like to extend my congratulations to Phillip on the 'new look' MC Radio. Contributing the Hoobs matierial has given me like a tiny perspective of the sheer amount of work that must go into recording, editing and programming the songs for this superb resource for Henson fans...

Guys, unfortunately the Penguins couldn't come on stage tonight to accept their award - they have gone to the bar with Squishy Bottom, but they have sent me to accept it on their behalf and i'd like to say a few words :- *gets out notes* Firstly i'd like to thank the 60 foot Penguin in...

It goes on all over the place in media babe, not just wrestling. Business means making money and sex sells - whether thats a girl trying to establish herself as a presenter, a singer trying to break or a female wrestling personality. They all have managers - they are NOT directly told what to...

The petition has been advertised on DVD and Cult TV sites - not just Muppet stuff. You can find French DVD's at :- www.amazon.fr Obviously the box is gonna be in French, and each time you put the DVD in you'll have to select the English audio track rather than the French.

Who says they were doing a Muppet film version of Scary Movie ? I think that although as you say, it has the potential to be a bit of a 'Muppets From Space' style film, with good writing this kind of thing could work. Eitherway, the current one being touted around to licensee's is 'Time...

I'm comatosed ! I win !

Thanks Warrick !

Well I guess because just like we guys love Muppets and some people don't, there is a big Micronauts crowd out there - doesn't neccasarily mean we have to like them. The toys look cool though i think i'm a bit young to really remember them at all - the design and look is very innovative but...

I don't get this - it doesn't seem to be very Muppet related does it ? I mean i've never heard of the Muppets being involved with soldiers and bombs.

Hey Warrick, For the person who was asking before, are there subtitles for the extras ?
