Jamie, I've moved them to some faster space and updated the links - hope thats a bit better. I'll post some more in a bit - very tired !

Hey Guys, Thought i would tell everyone about my day at the UK Toy Fair which is being held in London's Docklands and is a trade event. I had a great time and am pretty exhausted, but saw some great products and met some cool people. Yes, seeing as i spend a large percentage of my life on...

**** - I actually SAW pictures of the entire 2003 line up of Muppets today, they are so cool.

From all i've been hearing basically i agree with most of the article Phillip has reposted. It seems there has been some trouble with Valentine, but it's a very good deal and at an advanced stage - unless things got incredibly late and looked like they had totally fallen through i expect EMTV...

I think it's completely fair and yes, they havent used the words 'win a kermit' or anything. Personally i don't like it that they contradicted themselves by first saying this wasn't part of the line and then releasing it to the public, but then it is good that the actual product is getting out...

I agree with Petrieboy to some extent - while i don't have any problems with the religious side of it, i also didn't find a need for any 'God'. I have mixed opinions of the Xmas movie - for the 45 minutes of actual footage containing the Muppets, it was great, classic stuff which i felt they...

I think they CAN see it - they are just being very cautious right now. They are so used to thinking that people don't want to buy or see Muppet stuff, and they aren't interested in them to suddenly finding that people will buy action figures of obscure characters etc etc. Six months ago i'm...

Re: Bollywood Muppets Yeah i agree with you more or less completely through that whole post, Henson have had so many problems over the years both politically and creatively that there do seem to have been plenty of missed opportunites and they do seem to have been very cautious about things...

Yeah i have to say even in the UK where these cost lots more they sell out like hotcakes in bricks & mortar stores. I was never able to find ANY past the first week of release. The problem seems to be that the stores order in small quanities, and when they sell out (at least here) don't get...

As far as we were told on MC, EB was going to stop stocking figures in stores and just sell them online. Not sure what the source of that was.

Yup, it is hard to follow the flow of conversation isn't it deary - we already said Amazon.com, Toys R Us - Suncoast and Electronics Boutique are possibles too. If they don't have them then there's little more we can do to help you out unfortunately. Whenever you use Ebay to buy action...

The camera might come in handy if we get the Muppet Theater playset though .........

There were plans for these kind of themed 'Muppet' rides at Disneyworld long ago if the merger would have gone through - i think we have even seen some of these plans at some time or another on the forum.

Yeah i hear ya - thats why I used the words 'to sell' in the original post - i dont consider it winning either. To be frank - it is incredibly hypocritical when they spent a long time persuading us it was a dealer only giveaway, promotional item, and not in any way part of the real line to...

Awwwwww - but who could resist such cute little bubble bath ?

Congratulations on scoring highly Sarah ! ;)

yeah i agree with the Frogboy - if they claimed 'compltely mint' then it wasn't - so the sale wasn't fine - they lied in their description. I would email them asking for a refund or replacement - if not i'd neg em !

yeah exactly - 'innovation' i think should be a keyword for them - they have all this technology at their hands, they have their own studio - all they need is to put 2 + 2 together and get all this technology working for them. We need tons more stuff like this interview - yet we get Muppetworld...

It's fine here right now

Yeah - maybe, we'll see how it goes after the sale. I just think things will change a LOT once real U.S media execs move in rather than it just being Rivkin and the occasional person over from Germany .... but then most Henson's have little to do with the business side even now anyway.
