    35th Anniversary gund Plush ?

Might as well say this.... The Snuffy plush was recently re-tagged with a generic SS tag... and aparently, the plush was sucessful enough for them to release a large scale Snuffy. Almost bought it.

    Weird Sesame Figures

Off topic... but 'd love a Zeliboba PVC if they had one. Looks pretty cool. Anyway, judging by the more primative sculpts (older toys don't look as polished as figurines from nowadays) I'd say that it was easy to confuse the Samson for Rowlf. The Lefty looks good, though.

    Japanese Sesame Street comics

Verrrrry interresting... so how exactly were these drawn? Were they very Japanese looking? I'm guessing you do not have any to scan, but if one comes up, please post something.

"Sesame Street Treasures Collection" coming this summer!

I was about to be excited, but then I read the date. Kinda saw what was coming.....

    Does Elmo have parents?

Shucks! If Bill puppeteers a SS character, I'm all for checkin' this one out, even though I still loath the idea.

Cartoon all stars to the rescue.

GArfield and ALF together in one special. 80's as heck! And the only official time too. He commented on the Garfield baloon at the Macy's Parade in 87 (I think), and in a MAD magazine they had an ALF celebrity cat cook book where he cooked Garfield. (Off topic... the Mad Magazine ALF...

Oh wow, Sesame Street is bad for 2-year-olds!

Exactly. Though I do disapprove of this company. "Ads make people want to buy things"... DEAR LORD!!!! Someone call the president or the FBI.... or are they on it too? Advertisements are SUPPOSED to make you want to go out and buy something. That's what advertisments are. And studies did...

    Sesame Street's 37th season begins August 14

I still hold out hope that's the case. Parents shove french fries in their kid's mouths while they sit around playing grand theft auto (at 7 years of agee) then they start getting concerned when their kids grow up screwed up! But they blame SPongebob and Kelloggs to the point they actually...

    Sailor Moon manga or anime

Personally, it is my SISTER who is the Sailor Moon fan, but I have to watch them, so here's my comment. I don't HATE the show, I'm just more a fan of One Piece, Dragon Ball (classic... Z and GT are alright, but nothing beats the classics), BoBobo-Bo Bo-BoBo, Kinnikuman, and Lupin III...

    Sesame Street figure line CANCELLED!

It seems to me the problem is Palisades lost a crap load of money on recent lines (those PALS toys? God, how I detest them.). However, this is mainly because of the oversaturation of the adult collectors market (due in part, mostly because of crap from MacFarline... those fairytale ones really...

The good news I've been waiting for!

I've had a crappy day, learning of a number of terrible things thjat put me into a deep funk. But now I'm happy as my favorite TV show of all time is finally going to be released as a box set. INSPECTOR GADGET Also, be on the look out for the animated version of Where in the World is...

ANOTHER Sesame Street parody on MAD TV

Much much funnier than the first one. (still wasn't as funny as SNL's animaterd Token power segment I saw that night... it had a Ghostbuster in it!). I still think the voices are pretty off, but the Bert and Grover impersonations were pretty good. And for amatutres, the Bert puppet looked...

    When does Season 37 start?

September? God I hate this. First they endlessly rerun episodes mixed with 2002 episodes, now we won't even see new episodes till september? Well... at least we'll be seeing new episodes.

PBS Kids Sprout to launch September 1, 2005

Looks like crap to me. Well, anyone who got their hopes up for any classic SS or Fraggle Rock on TV, we got Jacked. All I see is a hand full of good shows, and a whole mess of garbage like JJ the Jetplane. This is depressingly bad. I hate PBS for merging together the network. If it was only...

    Blue's Room (Blue's Clues Spin-off)

All I can say or Blue's room.... you got to hand it to Nick... they made a WORSE show than Blue's clues. The whole thing smacks of "cheap SS ripoff on a cable channel." The puppets look fairly good, but the puppetry is horrid, and the voices are patronizing to children. There will only...

    Limited by CAS acquires Palisades

So basically, even the Sesame Street figures that WERE made will never be released. Such wonderful wonderful news! 2006 is getting off to a riproaring start, isn't it.:boo:

The dark day of Valentines Day is upon us...

It's always funny how this thread was stared years ago, and how it ALWAYS gets renewed every year. I don't think I have posted, if so, I don't remember... but here's my opinion. I hate Valentines day on 2 different levels: 1, the level that I'll be this dude who will never find true...

Never have been banned. Warned once... never banned. Whenever I feel unwelcome on a site I gracefully bow out for a while, then never take up that subject again.
