I doubt that, since The Moopets would already be in Reno, performing in the Casino.
Then again, they would probably end up as hobos living on the street after Fozzie decides to leave them and rejoin his old friends.
On that same token, some of the film was shot on the Universal Studios lot as well.
I think you're taking that joke out of context. In the context of this movie, it's not a "cheap trick" at all--they're making fun of cheap tricks, letting out their inner-disgust over how most studios feel the...
I wonder if the "Muppet hobos" that Zach refers to in his interview are going to be recognizable characters, especially if they're more returning obscure ones and not just a bunch of generic whatnots.
I think that some of the Frackles (Boppity, Gloat, Droop, Lenny the Lizard, etc.) would make...
Great commercials! More great Muppet Domination! :)
I agree that it's interesting getting to actually see :sympathy:'s tongue.
And the spot with :o behind the wheel instantly reminded me of "The Muppet Movie".
While I agree with the previous posts, I do think that the Muppets are above resorting to pornography.
If they do THAT, then THAT would be the time to throw temper tantrums and hissy fits. The Muppets are not for porn.
The subtle bits of "toilet humor" that the Muppets have done in their...
Too true. Dr.
Let's hope that those idiotic big-fat-lie articles won't hurt the movie in the long run.
The movie's publicity machine was on such a winning streak with hardly anything standing in its way until Metro, The Hollywood Reporter and their fellow dimps came along and started trying to...
(sigh) Here we go again...
Frank Oz and the new movie need to stop being mentioned in the same sentence, IMO. He would not have gotten involved anyway, since he officially retired from his classic Muppet characters after "Muppets from Space".
We can't give in to The Hollywood...
I read that article too. It's always great to read something sensible in the midst of over-the-top ignorance.
As for that Moviefone article, I didn't really read it for the same reasons mentioned by previous posts. I also hesitated to watch the Zamm movie review video of the new film for fear...
Who confirmed that?
There's always a chance that he and Sal might appear in the background and be silent.
The two appeared in "Bohemian Rhapsody" and they didn't really have lines there, so why not?
Also, there's more to a character than just a voice. It's about the "performance". And the current Muppet performers have been giving great performances.
Who cares if the current voices sound slightly different from the originals? Don't tell me people prefer stale copies. :p
Saying the...
I suppose those new spots don't reveal anymore returning minor characters. Right?
If so, I guess that just renews my gut feeling that they really are trying really hard to withhold as many surprises as possible until the film hits the theaters.
