I was not harassing you or anyone else, Frogboy. I was just asking a simple question, trying to understand your point of view, and do not wish to be misunderstood. That's all.
Wonderfully well put, Oscarfan.
On a side note, I still can't help but wonder what made Frogboy jump to the conclusionthat the dancers in that sequence were Disneyland parade cast members.
Some more of these brilliant little interviews have surfaced:

And even Uncle...
How come? I don't think so. I think that song definetely suits the Muppets very well.
What makes you jump to the conclusion that the movie dancers work at the parks?
Well, Kermit wasn't always the main character in the Muppet universe.
In the 1960's, for example, Rowlf was the Muppets' main everyman character--a role that Kermit would usurp in the 1970's.
With all the preview clips that continue to get leaked, none have revealed any further minor characters returning.
The movie can't come out soon enough.
Perhaps we can take this as a good sign that they know for sure that we really want the remaining Muppet Show seasons on DVD ASAP (maybe they're hinting at a possible release for sometime after the movie is released). :D
Upcomingmovies.com just posted a collection of clips related to the movie, including a handful of interviews with various characters. Check 'em out:

I remember reading a couple of news articles earlier this year stating that the new movie has 150 or so Muppets in it, especially in the film's finale.
By 150 Muppets, does that count certain character types or groups (chickens, penguins, rats, whatnots, etc.) as one character each rather than...
I'm sorry, Heralde and Oscarfan, but I don't agree with you.
I see no over-the-topness in the extras and I don't see any stiffness in Walter's movements.
Nice little clip from a nice little song.
Hope the Muppets will sing a bunch of those same lines in the song's reprise at the end of the film (I can see Lew Zealand singing the "Life's a filet of fish" line, etc.).
