    What fabric is this?

    In the 80's I had a Michael Jackson "Thriller" Jacket made from the same material. In those days we called it PLEATHER - I think that isn't the right name for the fabric, but I was the coolest person on the block...and use to get beat up daily...in retrospect I should have been a Van Halen fan.

    Hey Brian, I think that getting special ones made will cost ya tons- I know Zazzle charges $75.00 just to make the embroider plate.     Kids touching puppets!

    Some alternatives can be: Perform the puppet standing up, don't go at the kids level- kids can't touch the puppet if it is out of reach. Build two identical puppets- one being of lower quality. That way kids can touch the lower version all they want and you don't have to worry about damage...

    Mass Production Prop You might want to build your own vacuum form. You can make replicas easily and the process if fairly simple. Check out Youtube for the process- that is how Storm Trooper costumes and other props are made.

    I have the 30gb instead of the 60 Sony and find it is crappy in low light situations. The image has a lot of noise (grainy).

    My 2 cents LOL If you are going to make it from wire you are better off making the glasses from Fimo- you can smooth it then bake it until hard. Plastidip can work too, but I see it being messy. If you use Plasti-Dip make certain it is used with a oil based clay. Plasti-dip is a oil base and...
