Hey gang,
ok so what did I see and what can I talk about. Well, i saw Travis and the stuff at MR. not going to say too much since the pics are out there, Travis has his own thread and most of you already have the replicas of kermit, Animal and Gonzo. but this was the first time i had seen...
The doozer pic you guys were talking about is something else. That's an actual 8" vinyl Doozer doll that'sbeing made. I don't think it's by Mindstyle although it was pointed out to me by the Mindstyle rep. but it wasn't in there case it was inDarkHorse Comics (who are more of a distibutor)...
hey gang,
can't ttype too much abou this as I'm on a borrowed computer but I have been at toy fair both yesterday and today and will be there tommorow and will have news to share whenI get back tommorow night. can't say much nonow cause like I said I'm on a borrowed server anddon't want to...
Excellent and about time! Finally a chance to honor these guys for the work they've done. It'll be really great to see interview with as many as they can do. I always love ot hear what Frank and Jerry say and it's well past time that Richard Hunt is honored somehow. Now I really can't wait...
you know, I have a collection of signed pictures of the puppeteers and they're characters. I have everyone except for (obviously) Richard. it's not signed, but I have a copy of that picture that hangs with others.

Love 'em all, Jim, Frank, Richard, etc. but to pick my favorite.....
Easily Jerry Nelson
His range of characters is simply unparalleled by any other Muppet performer. His singing range is incredible and the amount of soul and heart that each of his characters exhibits is a key element...
hey gang,
looking for some christmas music if anyone has it.
"Blue Christmas" by Grover, Cookie, and Herry
"All I want for Christmas is you" by Big Bird.
"O Christmas Tree" by Prarie Dawn
and finally "The Christmas Pageant" with PD, Herry, Grover, Bert and Ernie.
I actually have a...
I remember reading about that. If i recall correctly it wasn't cause of the Disney deal it was cause Henson had passed away shortly after it was filmed and the studio thought it best not to air it. I don't know how they'd feel about it now.
Might be interesting.

*a lone figure walks into the room and looks around. dust and debris are everywhere. remnants of pinball machines, pianos, mailboxes, dishware, and burnt pages out of several books are strewn about the room*
*'Wow' our hero thinks to himself, ' 5 years ago I was one messed up little dude'*...
I found something else I think I'd like to see on a future release. There was a tv special about 5 years ago that aired in England called "I love Muppets" and they interviewed a lot of the guest stars and performers. haven't seen it myself but it sounds really cool. Would really like to see...
Agreed. I still remember the rush I got opening Dr. Teeth and finally having an action figure of my favorite character. And what was even better was that he was really the best of the Series 1 figures. You just kind of knew that no matter what was produced after that, it was going to be cool...
This is more for Kevin's eyes, but I figured a few of you would want to know too. My wife sent me this link last night talking about the new game.

I am very excited about this! A friend of mine and I were actually talking yesterday about what a great...
Wasn't there a retrospective on Jim Henson that they had for Season 1 that never got used? that should definitly go on at some point.
I'd like to see interviews with the puppeteers/writers/design team similar in vain to what FR has had. Those are invaluable. And I understand that DID get...
You know I just made the connection that this is the same company that just released the Fraggle compilation. That shows that they are somewhat collector friendly.

Heh. That was actually pretty funny. Eric does some relly good work with her. I like the bit about "Never talk to him about his money...just spend it."

hey Kev,
I have a fairly extensive EM collection, let me know what you need and I'll send it to you. I don't have many of the orchestra pit numbers or anything with guests but anything that is just EM and purely EM, I have. Although I could probably get anything else you needed.
