:excited:
awesome. I was just on my way out to my non-puppetry job and not really looking forward to it. This was the perfect item to read before I went out. Thank you Jerry. That's an excellent piece of advice.

I've seen that pic before. It was par t of an exhibit of Richard Termine's photography. Apparently that is from one of the last times they were all together. They were rehearsing for Muppets in WDW and during a lunch break Richard realized how rarely they were all together so he convinced...
Hey guys,
looking for two MUP3s if anyone has 'em.
Some one to watch over me by Robin the Frog
and the songthe Red Fraggle sings to Lamford in the episode with the race where they get surrounded by the poisoned cacklers.
If anyone has these and can help me out email me at...
The book looks awesome but I have to agree on the poorly photoshopped cover. Aside from that this looks like it'll be awesome and yes, way more in depth than the unpaved book.

Mindstyle finked out on us? Let's not forget the bigger finker when it comes to Fraggles, HIT themselves. Or as I like to think of it "Fraggle Rock on DVD. Buy it again for the first time!" :smirk:

This may sound totally counterintuitive, but what I do is I give the kids a nice 'safe' way to touch the puppet. For example, if I have a character with a long nose I may suggest, "you know what (puppet's name) really likes is being pet very gently on the nose." Depending on the situation...
Awesome news to hear! Can't wait for you to post it. Jerry is my favorite of the Muppet performers and I'd love to hear his insights into some of the great characters he's played over the years.

Dude! I want the Kermit "toothpick holder" so I can drink my bottle of...uhm..."toothpicks" while looking at Kermit.*
--Matt
*kids remember if you are are under the age of 21 it is illegal to use 'toothpicks' and if you do use 'toothpicks' remember to have a friend who is not under the...
Awesome Awesome stuff DW! I knew you wouldn't disappoint! you've done something here that I didn't think anyone would do. What I like here is you've brought what I like most about the various already existing Muppet fansites and put them in one place. You've merge the critical thinking...
Hey Dw!
Always great to see your smiling face pop up here! Not want to take any guesses at what you're working on cause anything I can think of is stuff I keep saying "one day I'm going to put this together" but I know whatever you do will be quality stuff and I'm really excited to see...
My feeling on it has always been this. If one person gets up early in the evening and says "Thank you so much. You're a huge influence on my life. blah, blah, blah" and the audience then applauds. To me, that means that person has spoken for the audience. It's out there. It's been stated...
ah, we must be talking about two different lists then. The list I was thinking of was very early on. Lips, Annie Sue, Thog, etc didn't come up in discussion until much later on when they knew they were going beyond 4 waves.

We need to get Travis in here cause he had a great story he told me one year at ToyFair about Lucasfilm and "Adventure Kermit". When I get a chance I'll poke him and see if I can get him to pop in and tell it. If not, I'll definitely post it.
not Ken, but I actually remember that list. Ken was actually referring to how characters would be released within the lineup. The initial plan was each wave would consist of a) 2 heavy hitters, b) 1 supporting player, and c) 1 fav favorite
So for example...
Series 3 contained a) Scooter...
Hey Ken, I found the comment. Post #371 of this very thread.

It's a post from 2002 around the time that the figures were just released so whatever the discussion was it referred to your original contract. What...
Side piece of trivia, there are two dog cages clearly marked "Jim' and "Frank".
Also the owner of the dog is played James Coco a guest from S3 of The Muppet Show
and the dog who yells "he's got a squishy bottom" is actually played by Steve Whitmire. A lot of the side characters in TMTM...
