I'm a graphic designer and would like to help with the logo and maybe more. I don't have much experience in video, but I can create non-moving visuals for you. Also, have you considered painting your rods green to become invisible? It would work as long as you don't overlap the rods on the puppet.

Just wondering this. I noticed that some characters change over time. Was "Muppets from Space" one of those movies where the actual puppets changed? I noticed that Piggy, Animal, Gonzo, and Rizzo all looked different. Maybe its just the change of clothing, or is it something else in the faces?

I think it sounds like a fun idea. Besides, Pixar has a way of not recycling their jokes and storylines to death. They originally axed Disney's in-house 3-D projects (they made Chicken Little). So now all 3-D stuff will be done by Pixar exclusively.
