CoP is just worn out - it can't take running full speed all year anymore. I wish they'd just sink some cash into and fix it up for good. They spent a full Million on the Movie Ride and it still doesn't work correctly... but it's much better than it was before. I think they may put some cash...

As for Disney at Christmas, just try and plan out your day as well as possible with FastPass. Use them - cherish them. Definitely get tickets for Candlelight Processional and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas parade. And whatever you do - DON'T GO TO MK ON CHRISTMAS DAY! That's just asking...
