Question: Who does Kermits voice now?

No offense taken... and for a long time, I just didn't know who Kermit's new voice was. Since Jim Henson's untimely passing, I never really followed the muppets that close anymore. I prefer old school really, like classic SS, the Muppet Show, The Great Muppet Caper, etc.

I never got the name of the guy who took over Kermits voice. Hedoes a good job, of course, Jim was the master.

    'Good Morning Starshine' skit

Obviously in '69 because that was a big hit then by the late Oliver. I guess it's fitting that they had that muppet character, Big Jeffy I believe his name was? And the other 'hippie' anyhting muppets. Can't understand why the girl though. That was the anything muppet from the first show. Bob...

    How did Kermit always dance?

When that came out, I was too old to watch SS anymore, I saw it on a special I think. But yes, that is one, then I would see him sort of dance on the Muppet Show, just from the waist up however

    How did Kermit always dance?

I remember he would kind of wave both arms side to side with his head a bit tilted, hopping on one leg at a time. Who else can recall?

    'Everyone Like Ice Cream'

I guess that was the only time Joe did CMs voice. Interesting.

    Kermit demonstrates round (1969)

Oh! I DO recall this now! I didn't know it was '69, thought maybe it was a bit later. I remember the 'daddy' For awhile, I was scared to play with Basketballs! LOL!

    'Everyone Like Ice Cream'

I always liked this skit with those three anything muppets. I know the voice of one of them was Carroll Spinney, one was Henson's, don't know who the girl's voice was. At the end, CM's voice I can tell was NOT Frank Oz's correct? To me, it sounded like someone totally different, unless I'm...

    Kermit demonstrates round (1969)

? I'd like to know how this went also. Being 1969, I'm sure there was just music at the end of the skit. Most of the Kermit 'lectures' ended that way.

Remember the Muppets on Flip Wilson?

LOL! Yep, back then in that time period there were many 'trippy' skits on these shows.

    The King of Y

I always liked the 'King of Y' sketch', the daughter was hilarious! 'I'm so bored I could YELL!!!!' It was also funny how the king would get so disgusted when none of the words the citizens would say began with a Y.

And a box of cookies please.

Skit: CM gets tried on as a fur coat!

There was this skit, may have been '71, but not sure, where Cookie Monster goes into a dept and one of the anything muppets mistake him for a fur coat! Ms. Anything: OH! It fits perfectly! I'll charge it and wear it home. CM: (as they leave ) Lady? Uh,lady! LADY!! It always was a...

Remember the Muppets on Flip Wilson?

I think one of them was orange with a tuft of hair and the other was the pointy headed green guy. But I'm not sure, this was a few years back.

    Monsters Look at C (1969)

I've noticed a lot of the monsters took on a different look on SS than when they made their debut on Ed Sullivan, darker in color and more scary looking!! Grover WAS green, but on SS he was brownish-black color, or maybe it was just dark green. The tall green one looked almost gray-ish...

Remember the Muppets on Flip Wilson?

On TV Land I was watching the re-runs of The Flip Wilson show, always liked it as a kid, and two episodes I saw were with the Muppets: The first one was with Ernie and Bert singing a song with Flip, don't know what it was. The second, Flip was singing a different version of 'Consider...
