I believe it was a heart attack, but I can't confirm that for sure. Hopefully someone can either confirm this or if that's not correct, say what happened.

Yep, I LOVE Universal, my dad has a second house in Orlando and I've been to all the parks down there. I fly down and stay for 2 weeks every year, and have been doing so for the past 6 years. Anyone who hasn't been, GO! In Universal my fave attractions are Back To The Future and Terminator...

Well, it takes about an hour for me too, as for the flexibility issue I haven't had one, I make sure the jaw area is carved out pretty well so that there isn't any resistance, lay in a thin leather mouthplate and it works great.

Instead of doing the "Wedge Method" you could just carve the head out of a solid chunk of foam thats anywhere from 8 1/2"-11" square, and save yourself from a lot of work. Get an electric drill, a 3M rotary disc sanding pad which mounts in the chuck of the drill, some sanding disc pad sheets...

I wish i had heard it, I love Prairie Home Companion but I have a hard time getting it to come in on the radio. But I do listen to it as much as possible. Anyways, always wanted to see it live, so I'm very jealous... :) Guy Noir is my favorite skit too. Must have been great!
