Yeah, you kind of have to open the microwave door every once in a while before it starts to completely bubble over so you can let the air out.
I usually use milk instead of water in general, I think it makes the cocoa taste richer and creamier.
While I'm unsure of the answer to your first question, the answer to the second question is that most of them weren't... often times, puppets are recycled for various projects and movies... if you look closely, you'll see some of the puppets that were pirates in MTI were poor people/beggars in...

BTW, isn't it fascinating how quickly Nick switched to its new logo for merchandising like this, but it took Cartoon Network nearly two years to change their...
The puppets on WH had solid black mouths inside, but like the Muppets, they too had heart-shaped tongue that were like a magenta, or a hot pink... I can't remember exactly, I'd have to look through my tapes, but I believe their tongues were carved from foam. But then again, a LOT of non-Muppet...

I totally agree.
But with that said, again characters evolve over the years, even in these days, and they probably always will... after all, look at all these years of Rosita having wings and then recently losing them.
Sometimes, I wonder though if JHC at the point was suing simply to try to have a monopoly on television puppetry? You know, in a way, if that was the case, that'd be like the Disney company suing another animation company because they feel their characters look too Disney-esque.
That's really my...
