If it's for a ministry, I would recommend a local Christian bookstore; they usually carry all different kinds of puppets (Biblical figures, policemen, fire fighters, little kids, etc), though I honestly don't have much positive things to say about them... they're not built very well, which...
If Cartoon Network didn't suck anymore, they'd play a lot of Thanksgiving-related Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera cartoons today.
Heck, wasn't there a Hanna-Barbera special from the 70s or so about the first Thanksgiving, as seen through the eyes of a squirrel? And it used Scooby Doo music...
No, I pretty sure it was Steve Whitmire; it sounded like him, and like Daffyfan pointed out, Kermit's little nod going on... yeah, I'm positive it was Steve.
You know, I just happened to think... did they not even play A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving this year? I don't remember seeing it this year, but then again, I don't remember even checking the listings.
Always cool to see the Kerm-meister, but I agree with Oscarfan, I think last year's was a little better, but still cool to see Kermit irregardless.
Just a little sad I missed the SST float and Abby balloon, but oh well.
Is it just me, or has anyone noticed that a LOT of SST songs have a verse in them that are nothing but "La-las"? Off the top of my head, I can think of...
- "Sing" (La, la, la-la-la/La-La, la, la-la-la...)
- "What's the Name of That Song?" (La-de-da-dum)
- "Ernie and Bert's L Song"...
Funny that you of all people should happen to post today, as today's T*K*O rerun was the episode where you played a pickpocket posing as a magazine editor.
Seems there should be at least one more, as I remember only one person around here actually knowing what I was talking about when I mentioned Booms Day.
That, and I believe anytimepally lived here for a while.
I'm kind of surprised that "I Love Trash" won... I was sure something like "Monster in the Mirror" was going to win, it was holding the number one spot for the longest time.
What's the deal with all the thread bumping this year, instead of creating new ones like we always do?
Oh well, happy birthday Beth, please allow me to turn the tables...
*Presents Beth with a basket of birthday muffins*
Yeah, it is a bit of a funny coincidence, isn't it?
BTW, if you ever get a chance, you should check out my blog, as just did a bit of a introduction for the new characters, so you get a bit more insight into them and what their personalities are set to be like.
