    Can now say my blood pressure is officially within the normal range again! :D I'm still going to lose a couple more pounds to get it down a little lower (it was 119/75), but none the less, I am very happy to see this reading. Changing my diet and losing weight has certainly saved my life...

    What made you angry today?

    Well, I was a little annoyed with the fact that my toothbrush was soapy and wet when I went to use it, so I had to use another tootbrush with crappy bristles that my gums ended up bleeding. :grr: I'm seriously hiding my toothbrushes from now on....

    I mean, I can understand why parents were concerned, given that I was by myself without a kid, but even then, I was just minding my own business and if a parent just politely asked me to leave so others don't get a wrong impression, I would have been more understanding.

    So what happened was, it was a nice day out (surprisingly) during winter time in February, so I went out to find a park to sit at and read my Naruto manga. But because there weren't alot of benches to sit at, I went to the playground area where kids were playing and the parents were watching...
