Are we talking about TV shows resuming production and making new seasons, or just TV shows we'd like to see again in general? If the latter, I have two...
The original version of The Planet's Funniest Animals (or whatever it was called), when it was hosted by Matt Gallant, and they didn't go...
I like the upgrades too, but there seems to be something missing... weren't we also supposed to get a birthday module on the forum index as well, like we had on the old one? I seem to recall people asking for that.
I just got to thinking... are Pretzel M&Ms supposed to be like a replacement for those 'Crispy M&Ms" they introduced for like a year in the late 90s (which Orange was the spokesM&M for)?
Walter's hair seems a little light, but that could be the brightness of my monitor, I still haven't quite gotten the brightness/contrast adjusted on this new computer to my liking quite yet.
I kind of agree, I enjoyed Caroll's book moreso than Kevin's... Kevin had a number of nice anecdotes and stories and such, but somehow, Caroll's was a better read, I think.
I found it, and you're right, but something seems to be missing...

Because I DISTINCTLY remember the chase scene lasting longer, into the night, with the silhouettes of Mickey and Pluto being chased by the seagulls back into the city... or was that...
To each their own I guess, but that's what I like about him, that's where I find the humor in his reviews, which is why it's a little weird seeing Doug Walker do reviews just as himself, because it doesn't get quite as tempermental as himself as he does as Nostalgia Critic.
Heh, that's my problem as well, lol.
I think I made a similar mistake with my TMS outline by including "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go"... I think, I can't remember, and I really don't want to look it up. :smirk:
IMO, Nostalgia Chick is... kinda creepy... she's like a clone of Janeane Garofalo, who's probably the second woman you'd least want to run into in a dark alley in the middle of the night (the first being Angelina Jolie, lol).
That is a theory as to why he was notably absent from the movie: the movie was mostly aimed at the TMS era, which he really wasn't a part of until the tail end of it.
I actually do have some inside info as to why possibly there's been a lot less of Rizzo as of late, BUT, I'm sworn to secrecy, so I really can't tell.
But aside from that, yes, I too was just a little disappointed by the lack of both Rizzo and Pepe in the new movie (Pepe moreso because he was...
I agree, the trailer was rather heartwarming and touching... I loved seeing just about all of the Muppet cast gathering around him and smothering him in a group hug, but I also loved the little personal candid moments with him and his wife Debbie as well.
For the record, I, myself, have now actually finally seen a commercial for the DVD release on prime-time television just last night. :) :D :excited:
EDIT: And again just this very moment.
Sesame Workshop has uploaded a whole lot of exercize-related videos today, which is quite a wild coincidence, because I've presently been working on a new "Day at the Gym" kind of video with Steve.
I think we need a thread like this to help identify various different animated shorts, like Disney cartoons, Looney Tunes, DePatite-Freling shorts, etc that have stuck with us since our childhoods, but we can't remember their names or anything.
Like I have a couple to start with, the first of...
What's the release info on this? Is it like Being Elmo, where it's like a Sundance film festival kind of thing, or something? I hate the idea of missing things like this because of the limited releases; I was disappointed none of the theaters in my town were playing Being Elmo when I heard it...
The only reason I've never completely blocked her is because the un-necessary Angry Video Game Nerd/Nostalgia Critic-esque feud she had gotten me into was, to me, unintentionally funny, because it was like she thought she had me all completely figured out to a T, yet she was kind of humiliating...
