Yeah, some people know what today is, but some people may not realize it, or have forgotten about it, so to give it away in the thread title so early in the day kills the whole gag. Use common sense.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure a lot of them do it that way... Nick, Cartoon Network, and the like, they seemed to either have their own in-house stock animation or recycled animation from the actual shows for such things, like back in the day when CN had Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.
Yeah, I ain't very good at pushing, nor being aggressive either...
Past experiences have REALLY ruined me as far as self-promotion goes, I've gotten into so much trouble doing so in the past and such, I just don't want to have to put up with it again, nor do I really need to make anymore...
I was just reading a little while ago that the president, or prime minister, or whoever of Indonesia is wanting to make miniskirts illegal, because they're apparently pornographic and trigger impure thoughts.
Sure is sad to think I'll be going to **** now... I had no idea my mind was so...
Maybe that's where the saying, "Never do business with friends" comes from, I don't know... I think in some cases, people like that, who are either friends or family, who work for you, expect to get somewhat better treatment than other employees, I don't know...
I do know in some of these...
Here's something I've been wondering about: just about every house in the real world has blinds in the windows, but you hardly see any houses on TV or in movies with blinds in the windows, just strictly curtains... why is that?
Ahahaha, go right ahead! Admittedly, the latter of which I stole as well from a billboard for a new radio station here a couple of years ago, that said, "Do NOT Listen To" whatever the station was, it's hard to remember, our radio stations are always changing every few months or so. :smirk:
Yes...
You do bring up a number of points there... that's actually an interesting take on it, believing that it's actually more selfish to not share what you can do with others, as opposed to being shameless in spreading the word about it.
Ironically, I can't say I know much about how to handle...
No, I'm not trying to pull a Drtooth or anything, but this is something that's really irking me right now, because it's rully making my head spin...
Quite a few of you guys who are close to me, or know me somewhat personally know a lot of what I do with myself as far as creativity goes and...
Kind of like what Marty said, if there are particular members here who you just don't get along with, or you would rather do without putting up with, by ignoring them, you don't have read through their posts or anything, and are basically no longer a concern to you.
I hate to admit it, but I...
You ziffeled me, lol.
And I wasn't directing that at you, I was mimicing the behavioral patterns of some people here who think any contradictory post is pessimism and negativity that apparently brings down the very fabric of MC.
Waaaahhhh! Everybody's being sooooo pessimistic!!! Waaaahhhhhh! It's ruining this entire forum with negativity! Booooooo-HOOOOOOOO!!!
Sorry, couldn't resist.
I still don't agree that his sitcoms are decent... and he actually has been stressing for years in interviews that he does not use laugh tracks on his shows, they're all shot in front of live audiences, with no sweetening (the process of adding addition SFX in post) whatsoever, if something's...
Maybe it's Steve's voice, I don't know... I mean, clearly, as you age, your voice changes as well, I think we can all agree Elmo isn't sounding quite as falscetto as he used to, and you can really tell a difference in Big Bird's voice in the last couple of years... but let us not forget this...
It's actually been this way for decades.
Back in the 60s, before Hogan's Heroes went on the air, the network screened two versions of the pilot episode for test audiences, one had a laugh track, the other didn't: the audience that watched the version without the laugh track were left confused...
Like I said, I had originally gotten a strike from Bagdasarian Productions last summer for posting a Chipettes song, and the video had been completely removed due to copyright infringement... that was my strike number one.
Then yesterday, I got a copyright strike from FOX for a "best of"...
