I heard they gave the rights away to whatever studio they were making the movie with.
Admittedly, before I became more familiar with him, I kept thinking his last name was "Whitman". Actually, I had a small number of those little mixups...
I thought Joe Raposo was "Joe Raspo"
Pam Arciero was...
I'm looking forward to how to make decent puppet bodies... I haven't quite figured that out, so I basically just take 1/2 inch-thick foam, make sort of a tubular body and use that.
This tutorial helped a lot too, I'll have to keep it in mind for future reference, because I've usually done...
Boy, if the Old School sets are going to continue, I'm RULLY going to be looking forward to a Volume 4 set, because that would cover 1984-1989, which is my personal favorite little era of the show. A Volume 5 set covering 1989-1994 would also hit close to home for me, because that's the SST I...
No, I do that too, and apparently, so do a lot of people... well, I don't know if it's cleaning so much as it is "scratching" the insides of your ears... I don't know, there's something VERY theraputic and relaxing about it... it feels goooooooooooood... :dreamy:
I don't believe the 40 Years of Sunny Days set was specifically marketed at adults for nostalgic purposes quite in the same manner the Old School sets were.
JHC recently gave away the rights to Fraggle Rock to whatever studio they were doing the movie with... I don't think they own ANYTHING Muppet-related anymore other than the Henson Alternative stuff, which, because of legal issues, we can't refer to them as "Muppets" but rather "The Jim Henson...

Rocky and Bullwinkle featured stereotypical Native Americans, Asians, and other ethnic groups.
Hogan's Heroes had Nazis and regular references to Hitler...
Bwahaha! There are so many occasions where movies have to dub lines for network television broadcasts, and sometimes, the dubbed lines sound NOTHING like the original actor's voice... like one example that I can sort of repeat on this forum was the beginning of the dance number from Good Burger...
I think if you just happened to have taped it off a television broadcast from the 1990s, lol.
I've also noticed recent versions of MTM has WAY too much contrast in the picture, it looks way too dark in many parts... the end of "Saying Goodbye", the faces of the other characters look almost...
Yes, there are some minor score changes here and there... MTM is the biggest example of this, such as after Kermit and Piggy are pronounced frog and pig, and in fact, in some versions of the movie, Animal's "BAD MAN! BAD MAN!" yells are completely removed.
Aw great... these things aren't available for home use yet, and already the concept of 3-D printing is drawing firestorm and controversy, because now people are all scared about psychos using them to print their own firearms, and go around killing people.
It came out like 2006 or 2007 or so, and I believe it went straight to DVD, but it's a CGI animated movie about fish and sharks and stuff, and the main character looks a little like Nemo, and the plot seems to have been inspired SharkTale, and the specific story of a little community of fish...
