I mentioned in another thread long ago about there being two versions of GMC: in one version, as Piggy walks down the alley after she ends up standing Kermit up on their date, there's an ominous toll from Big Ben with no other sound effects or music scoring; meanwhile the most common version...
In some cases, I feel compelled to like my own YT videos, if only because there are occasions where trolls like to hit the dislike button; I remember there was a period of time for a while there when it seemed like people like myself, and Kevin, and other YT puppeteers were receiving dislikes...
Bwahaha, if you guys can believe this, already Steve's been asked where he stands on the subject of abortion and gay marriage!
I think those questions will have to be forwarded to his veep... that is, if she can speak for herself.
I remember back in the day (2000s, lol), you could clearly tell a difference between Caroll and Matt's Big Bird, even without listening to the voices: Matt's Big Bird seemed to have a rather larger head (and maybe slightly smaller eyes) compared to Caroll's Big Bird. That, and I've notice Matt...
Who was it here at MC who said a few years ago they'd be saddened if Amy Poehler and Will Arnett ever split, because they were "too adorkable"?
Well, can I offer you a hanky or a box of kleenex or anything?
Well, since you guys don't have too much of a problem with me doing some shameless self-promotion, why not give some consideration into a third presidential candidate:
The way I remember being taught (and Language Art/English was one of my best subjects)...
"Miss" refered to a woman who had never been married before.
"Mrs." refered to a woman who is presently married.
"Ms." refered to a woman who was married before, but is no longer (divorcee, widow, etc.)
I thought "Miz" was women who were previously married, but are now single again... or I could be mistaken... I thought "Ms." was pronounced as "Miz", while "Miss" was pronounced the way it's spelled, maybe it's vice-versa, I don't know, because there's only one thing for a Mr. no matter, because...
I think "The Contest" is a holy grail, if not THE holy grail episode, because let's face it, this episode really put the "Furry Confusion" trope into play here: "If they're animals, does their cafeteria serve bugs and garbage for lunch?" "How can a mouse have a pet dog, wouldn't the dog eat him?"
Well, correct me if I'm wrong, and I seriously mean absolutely no offense here, I'm just curious, but in cases like this, isn't it kind of a common "quirk" gay and bi people have that they dislike being addressed by a pronoun that's associated with their gender, like "sir" or "ma'am"?
From what I understand, he had a not-quite-successful career as a television writer, IIRC, I believe he and a writing partner wrote mostly for game shows and such back in the 70s, and had it not been for M*A*S*H, he probably either would've continued writing, or he would have quit show business...
Well, we know that Jim helped create Yoda, and was originally offered the part, but he was too busy with his own projects to do so, and offered Frank as an alternative.
And that too brings to mind how voices start sounding the same after a while (as just previously mentioned), like Caroll has...
Well, as far as the latter goes, Frank has also said that when he performs Piggy, it "comes from pain", because she does have that slight level of vulnerability which comes from pain, so he has to dig deep within himself to find that pain and transfer that to her.
