Thanks. Sorry about posting it in the wrong forum. I'll try to pay better attention next time. I'll listen to it more. Maybe I'll be able to catch Erin's Janice or Richard's Miss Piggy or some early "Sesame Street" sketches or anything like that.
I know I sound like an idiot for just figuring it out now. I didn't realize it required Real Player. I installed that so I could play that "Rainbow Connection" Yahoo! ad and wanted to see what else Realplayer could get me. I heard a Yakety-Yak song and some song where a lady introduced the...

I see. You guys are going to think I'm a fool about this, but I've never actually seen The Muppet Movie in it's entirety. I've just seen clips of it and I have some of the songs from that movie downloaded to my desktop.
Well, Tommie. I guess great minds think alike.

Steve does perform one of Richard's characters now, Beaker. His Beaker is good, but here's something I've noticed. Steve's Beaker seems to have a little bit of a bigger vocabulary than Richard's. I've noticed on the original series, he mainly just said "Mee-mee-mee," but in the new...

I remember Dr. Nobel Price. He was some kind of inventor. However, what he didn't realize is that the things he invented, had already been previously invented. For example, I remember reading one magazine where he invented something called a "dream machine," which was really a pillow.

S-s-sorry, Chef. W-we'll be good. Yeah, Dave's Waldorf sounds similar to the original's only not quite as gruff. I think the reason Jerry's Statler sounds different is because he wasn't trying to imitate Richard's. I think he just uses his own voice for that. That's just my opinion...

Sorry. I've only seen that ad once, so I guess I sort of forgot how they sounded in that or something.
I have to agree. I like Richard's Statler much better. On the other hand, Jerry performed the character originally in the "Sex and Violence" pilot, so I guess they thought it...

That's interesting. I do have a few questions though. Will it be televised? If so, on what channel? And one more thing? You said a bird told you that? Where did he learn to talk?

It's about time somebody answered here. Yeah. I remember reading on the script about him being tied up. Now I wish I would have went to that party. Lol.

Well, it obvously wasn't Richard since he's no longer with us. I know Jerry did Statler for most of his lines in the movie. It might have been Steve Whitemire who did Statler for that line, since he voiced Statler on the Weezer video and possibly the Denny's commercial. I'm just...

Thanks for the summary. That seems like a bit of a switch between the two characters. I remember that, it was usually Telly trying to get Oscar to do things he didn't want to do. Why did Oscar want Telly to go anyway? He's usually always telling him to get lost. I guess Oscar is...

I vaguely remember Little Bird. I've seen him in books and I remember an episode from the 80s where Little Bird made sort of a guest appearance. I think the gang was looking for a home for him or something. I guess they decided that since Big Bird's best friend was Mr. Snuffleupagus...

Could you describe what happened? I'm still a bit embarassed to watch it in a college dorm. Also, how long do the main plots of the show last this season. I'd imagine they wouldn't be very long, because they have to make room for all the new segments.

I have to agree. I remember those "Sneak Peek Previews" and "Ask Oscar." Are there anymore Telly/Oscar sketches on the show these days? I remember something about a recent episode were they were going to go on a road trip together or something.

I actually forgot to mention the best one: From the Marty Feldman episode: "Moetown," leading in to the Sesame Street theme. That has to be the best of all of them.
