I mentioned that I saw some advertised, mainly Chariots of Fur with Richie Rich, and only once seeing a TV ad for Carrotblanca with The Great Panda Adventure. I saw a print ad for Superior Duck, and I thought that short came with Cats Don't Dance (or maybe it was Carpool, but then I recall...

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but has a press kit been posted online? I've read some mentions of a press kit at Muppet Wiki, but when I searched for it...
And I'd be surprised if they got Kevin Clash on set just to perform a non-speaking background role. I'll have to see if Muppet Wiki lists a source for Clash being in the movie.
Well, Animal's the only member of the band who spoke in that movie, so Clifford could have been there and silent. But somehow I think he'd look out of place in The Muppet Christmas Carol (if Muppet Treasure Island came after the Pirates of the Carribian movies I could see him fitting in there).
I saw an article about the movie today (can't remember the website... The link's at the Tough Pigs forum) where an explanation is made regarding the empty arches. They mention that we get to see the backstage wall that we normally didn't on the show, and the fact that some arches are empty...
I find it odd how many articles about this special as well as The Nostalgia Critic's review seem to overreact on the characters knowing about drugs. I don't seem anything wrong with that. I remember when I was in high school somebody talked about this special, thinking it was weird when Bugs...
I watched You're the Director for the first time. I read a description a long time ago, but for some reason by the time somebody uploaded it on YouTube, I had low expectations for it (despite it being rare and having so many secondary characters not used much in the last two decades), but it was...
They are good, but I like the first one the best.
I wonder if Steve Whitmire's been switching back-and-fourth between performing Kermit and Beaker (since they often cut to close-ups when Beaker talks) or if Steve's been dubbing one of the voices.
I like that they've been getting a lot of use out of the newly-rebuilt characters, including here and the OK Go video, but it seems they use the same characters that hadn't been used for years. I find it odd they haven't been using Thog or the Mutations for these (Sweetums appeared in both). I...
What I find weirder: It seems they couldn't make up their mind as to whether The Swedish Chef is part of the gang or seperate. He's seen with the Muppets when they enter Walt Disney World, and is with them in the swamp at the end, but when he appears serving tacos, I get the sense he was already...
She's a Good Skate, Charlie Brown was recently released as a single-disc release with one of the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show episodes (can't remember what the disc was titled, but it wasn't named after the special). You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown has been released on DVD for a few years now...

The other night I dreamt I was on Muppet Wiki, looking at the "recent changes" page, and seeing images of what clearly looked like Kermit on Sesame Street, in front of the current Hooper's Store, which would have meant that Kermit was in a new episode. Too bad it was just a dream.
Watching There's No Time for Love, Charlie Brown recently, and I started wondering, when Peppermint Patty criticizing Charlie Brown, without knowing he was nearby, I wonder if Charlie Brown had heard, listned to, or even cared. It's a bit hard to tell... He's standing in the next aisle, his head...
Or someone could ask him what he knew about the Clifford appearance. He might have just been told about Clifford being there. But somehow I think it might be best to wait until after the movie's official release to ask him. I wonder what the terms are regarding performers and professionals...
I thought he looked a little different there, and assumed it was a new puppet. But maybe it was just an "aged" puppet. Before the movie, had the Strangepork puppet ever been rebuilt or altered (not counting him being altered from Dr. Nauga and a generic brown-haired pig from the first season)? I...
There's a few things I noticed a
about the book, unless I missed them. I hope they aren't too spoiler-y, but what I've noticed:
*The book doesn't neccessarily show how Animal goes back to playing the drums, though I assume we'll see how in the movie.
*There's no mention of Uncle Deadley's past...
