A little more tweeking by trying to turn his eyes inward, mess with the face some more, and he is now in my movie prop museum.
Now I just gotta get a Muppets poster to go with him.
I may just display him right on the box, the box is pretty darn cool!!

Here are a few pics I took after playing with my MR Kermit.
He looks pretty good with a little TLC.
I played around with the face by scrunching the foam up and making the mouth more curved in the back to get him to smile a bit more until I got a more Kermit like face that I liked.

Yeah, but thats only if they can be moved without cutting them off and actually moving them.
But, these eyes are already forward, if they go anymore the other way they will look goofy.
They can't go anymore inward, and if they go outward they start looking out to the side.
Does anyone know...
Does any one here got pics of some real Kermit posers to compare this to???
I did a Google search, but I can't tell posers from some replicas.
I would like to know what kind of changes can be made if I wanted to.

Are the eyes glued solidly all around or are they just anchord in the middle with some room to move them underneith if cut loose?
If they can be moved without glue spots showing, I will.

One of the guys on the RPF (Replica Prop Forum) has gotten his and said it is quite nice but felt the head was "puffy". Waiting on pics as it is his wifes car now. He comes in a satin lined box that reminds him of a coffin. :lol

I just got a message from my dealer that he will get the Kermits on Monday and he hopes to have mine deliverd on Tuesday!! WoooHooo!! The only thing is I'm having him deliverd to work and it is my day off.... Wwaaaa!!! :) I may just have to drag the kids out and go...
My dealer says he is to ship on Sept 11th now.
Wether that is from the distribution center in NJ or his place, he didn't specify, I would imagine from NJ.

Here is Kermit with his body on.
It is made from fabric store cusion foam and wrapped with duct tape and stuffed with cotton batting to get the shape.
The Antron fleece is two peices stretched tight and hand sewn to the body.
The wires for the arms and leggs will allow for some possability...
