Top ten words I used to think were pronounced differently for a long time:
10. Posthumous (I thought it was pronounced post-humous)
9. Misogynist (thought it had the soft g sound in the middle)
8. Cello (thought it started with an s-sound as opposed to a ch-sound)
7. Archive (thought it was...
Well, good news, it's back online!
Actually, I think this is the same upload, judging by date (I should have been able to have seen this when it was missing from search) and the same image for the video. But enjoy!
The info about Lulu's Back in Town being in episode 18 was likely sourced from the first season show content guide at the CTW Archives. I have noticed some mistakes regarding that (especially when the trusted sources came about). It lists "alpha song (small letters)" as appearing in episode 1...
Thinking about how one of the program guides lists "Song: Leslie Mostly", I wonder if maybe the guide was referring to the theme music when that sketch was listed (which would be very odd... I haven't seen program guides that list "Song: Kermit News" or "Song: Monsterpiece Theater"). I got this...
He also showed up in the 45th season. Seems they want Roosevelt to appear in the anniversary seasons (even if the 45th anniversary was barely officially acknowledged). Of course since the 45th season, they seem to be bringing back more old school characters, even if many are non-speaking.
I feel like I've been experiencing a "Mandela effect" regarding episodes featuring certain segments.
For years, I thought that Batman: Clean and Dirty Windows was in episode 179, the one that fans only have a black and white copy of. I hadn't noticed an image from it, I feel I might have...
Muppet Wiki now has info confirming the Guy Smiley and Kermit segments (as well as an earliest known appearance for the Cookie Monster segment).

It's not much that wasn't already mentioned in this thread from memories, but I must say that that...
Well, almost a week after posting this list, we have gotten number 6 on the wiki.
One other thing that I really hope we get from these trusted sources (maybe there should be a threat at Muppet Central): Info on the remaining Teeny Little Super Guy segments not mentioned at Muppet Wiki. The...
It is kinda weird that the episode doesn't seem to contain any segments that are supposed to be scary (I guess it doesn't need to have segments that are unintentionally scary to many viewers). I don't think it even has anything with horror elements. No Wanda the Witch or witches cooperate or...
While I'm pretty sure no episode was destroyed, this wouldn't be proof. The trusted sources aren't video copies (otherwise we'd likely see images for each scene). Just because an episode is destroyed doesn't mean that the script or other production documents were as well.
Well, the trusted sources at Muppet Wiki have finally brought us a full rundown of the episode: https://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Episode_0847
As of this writing, they edited out most of the old info about the episode. Don't know if it was a mistake or if they felt it wasn't needed now that we...
The Muppet Mindset is once again having fan week.
The deadline was originally last week, and I felt bad that I didn't bring it up here (interestingly, I somehow missed the initial post until about a week later), though I guess it's not really my responsibility to. But a day or two ago I saw a...
Top ten episodes of Alvin and the Chipmunks/The Chipmunks/Alvin and the Chipmunks Go to the Movies.
10. Sisters
9. The Chipmunks Story
8. I Love LA
7. The C Team
6. Every Chipmunk Tells a Story
5. Dave's Wonderful Life
4. Thinking Cap Trap
3. The Chipettes Story
2. Back to Our...
What's especially odd about the program guides at CTW Archives not containing info on episodes 846 and 847 is that the guide for the last week of season 11 says that people can re-use their old guides for the reruns and that a schedule is included for when the reruns will air. Considering that...
With a few members of the Muppet Wiki recently being given access to Sesame Street episode scripts from trusted sources, here are the top ten things I hope we finally get to learn from these scripts (not sure how many scripts they have access to):
10. To finally learn who animated the "cracks"...
This video was recently on YouTube for about a month, then the uploaders account was terminated. I didn't realize the whole thing was online until a week ago, the upload date was a month earlier (and it got removed a week after I found it).
Though we currently can't watch it again (well, those...
One possibility that I thought of after watching his scenes sometime after posting this: In both scenes, the scene transitions from Muppet Central to Gorilla Television, it looks like Chip's pupils blink during the static transitions. Perhaps it was supposed to blend in with the static, to look...
Apparently, the last Muppet Thought of the Week was released this week (and by "last", I mean the one intended as the finale, not just the most recent).
Recently I found that Wow, You're a Cartoonist! was uploaded in it's entirety for the first time I know of (Hey, You're as Funny as Fozzie...
It seems there have been times when characters have been shown talking, but we don't really hear them talking (or can barely hear them). I wonder what went on.
During the end credits for The Muppets' Valentine Show, it looks like Rowlf is talking to Mia Farrow (we don't see his face when it...
