Hooray! I new there was hope!

I'm very surprised--I had heard the rumors, but I didn't think it would actually happen. I'm cautiously optimistic, though. From all that I've read, it seems as though Disney really wants to be emulating Pixar right now, and has put Pixar's people in charge of their feature animation unit...

I got a copy of this CD for Christmas, and I've really been enjoying it. I already had the book, but I'm noticing that I pay more attention to the song lyrics when they're read on the CD. I think it's because I know most of them so well that I just tended to skim them in the book, but...

This week was really funny, I thought. At first I was a little bothered when they phased out the actual trailers, but this just leaves more time for the Muppets, and that's what I want anyway! Bring it on!

I'm a superhero comics kind of guy too, but I've been sort of going on and off with them. I'm really a big Superman fan at heart, in any medium, and I'm going so crazy waiting for the new movie. I'm actually really into Plastic Man right now, just because it's such a funny deconstruction...

I'd love to buy more Fraggle episodes on dvd, but I'd really like to save my money for season sets if they're going to release more. I'll probably hold off, just because I don't want to have extra repeat dvds sitting around.

As much as I think a change in leadership was good for the Disney company as a whole, just to bring in new ideas, it is a shame for Muppet fans that Michael Eisner was the one who really had big plans for the Muppets. I really hope that they do have some good projects in the works--cancelling...

I would love a build-a-muppet shop, especially if they had a person there to guide kids (and big kids) through proper feature-placement and show them some rudimentary puppetry skills. That would be great!

How to pick just one?!? Probably Papa Smurf, but I also love Baby, and Greedy (because I'm a food guy), and all the others! I love Smurfs! :)
