You are probably running Explorer 6.0 for XP. I don't think the problem is platform specific - I've encountered it using netscape too. I have a feeling me might just be logging in at times when the server is in high demand. Just a guess.

Yeah, doing puppet appearances on local TV shows is usually difficult. The crews have an assembly line mentality usually and hate it if they have to set up a lot of extra monitors, cables, etc. and the puppeteer(s) end up frustrated if they don't have what they need to give a good performance...
