Oh, you do muppet stuff in math too, huh? I tend to type out Muppet song lyrics on my graphing calculator. (It's amazing the things you can do on a graphing calculator. You can even do math!) Today for example, Typed out all of Together Again, We've Got Us, and started on A Smile Connects Us...
Beth, you have me so close to tears right now... the only reason I'm not crying is that I was interrupted while reading... but... wow...
I really, truly, sincerely hope that everything works out okay with... with everything. I really do. And... I'd like to see it... sometime soon...
And...
Relax, prawncracker, read the post before Part XIII. "there is a light at the end of this long dark tunnel". I don't know about you, but I sure don't see a light right now, so this couldn't be the end.
...right?...
And my reaction to the past two chapters: Wowwwwwwwwwww... felt it touch me...
This may seem like a totally random question, but... how sad/pathetic/strange/crazy is it that, having just read all those posts that came after chapter two, I am now laughing hysterically? I mean, really, if you think about it, I'm laughing at you laughing at my story. ...er, or something like...
Love love love love love the dialogue between Ernie and Bert in chapter seven! And I like how Elmo decided not to go, that was kinda funny. And I love the Ernie/Lefty thing!
And now let's see them all get down to Florida and save Grover!
Speaking of which, you STILL haven't finished "Numbers of the Night". Just thought I'd mention it.
So Christy will be here tomorrow? Meaning we'll get more story tomorrow? Awesome!
I'm sorry, I just have to announce: First time I read that, I thought it said "It's not reality reality TV." Don't know why, I just did, and it was funny. Just had to share.
But to be on topic, I personally, um... well, I have some reservations, nothing I can really put my finger on, probably...
hoo neads speleeng? ...wow, that looks like something that's been through the dialectizer... bork bork bork? hm, I think "um gesh de bork, bork!" is more appropriate in this case... can you tell that the Swedish Chef is my Muppet college dorm-mate?
Although, getting back to the not-topic, I...
Chapter two
Maggie knew her brother had work to do, so after the “tour,” she decided to wander the theater on her own. It was nice to finally see this place that he talked about so much, and actually meet the people he had told her about for years. It was new and exciting, and she could almost...
Aw, prawncracker, hugs to you! Hugs for replying less than a minute after I posted the story! More hugs for going back and editing your post after actually reading the story!
And, yes, about Miss Piggy, we'll be having some fun with the fact that she was in her dressing room when we found out...
Chapter one
Kermit the Frog watched as the train pulled into the station, right on time. The doors opened and people started pouring out. He scanned the passengers for her. He knew the real reason for the visit, but he had to admit, he was excited to see her again. She had never come to visit...
Why do I always introduce my stories? I try to write them in such a way that they introduce themselves. Yet I always make this funny little post before the story, saying, "hey look! Story!" ...well, doesn't the thread do that itself? <shrug>. Oh well. Let's just get it over with, shall we? "Hey...
I don't know where in age D'Snowth pictured you, but I for one saw you as somewhere post-college-pre-children... not that that narrows the field much... <shrug>. I guess constantly refering to you as "Mrs." threw me off.
Woah woah woah hold the phone I won a CAR????????????????? Awesome!
And no, there's no umlaut over the u. There might be if it's plural, I'm not sure. We'd have to get Whatever over here, she knows German.
And, as for SWAEHB... well, yeah, I sort of agree with what you said about the EHB...
YAY FOR AWESOME TEACHERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Aren't they the greatest?!?!?!? Man, I wish my teachers would just announce themselves as obsessed Muppet fans. Have a feeling it won't happen, though. Considering that when my English teacher was going over a practice AP test with us... well, here, lemme put...
Dang you, prawncracker, for giving me a dose of my own medicine! A figure of a man... ugh, it's creepier when you're not the one writing it! And the letter, it just... wow. I- wow.
And Lisa, Brian, and Jane! Very cool.
And I love Beau's line about a bountiful troupe!
(heh, so much for going...
