This is a good resume. i would recomend you put your phone number/email and other contact info at the top below your name. Also, in the theater section you should include the director's name. Just some ideas for thought. It looks good though. It looks like you have done some good stuff.
This is the most ridiculous complaint i think i have ever heard in my life. It's his private home! Is it really harming people? And it's Big Bird, come on! Its far from offensive. Some people are just so crabby :grouchy: . I say let the Bird stand!!!
Cool. I will see what i can do. Won't be able to get it up right away. I don't really know if it will do much good though because mine is an actors resume and includes things like work in theater, film/television, training and special skills. For those who do not have that kind of experience...
Yeah, Prairie is definitely there and strong. In fact, I think that her character has gotten bigger in recent years. I don't believe she was in the Street We Live On special though. Probably the only main Muppet character of today left out in the finale. Thats disappointing. Yeah, she isn't...
If you want, I can post a mock professional performance resume. As I work in the business I know how they are done and there are different ways to do it.
Oh! I did see that!! I remember being excited and surprised to see him because we haven't for a while. I was trying to figure out the date of the episode though to see how recent it was. Cool! I wonder why they decided to throw him in there. I guess as you said it looks like they may have...
Really? What was the scene, I may have seen it but forgot? I hope he gets brought back then. It would be awesome! I dunno why he would go away in the first place just because he is Linda's dog doesn't mean we should suffer more with him leaving too.
Thanks for posting that stuff. Its good to know. My God, I hope people don't actually call them and do impressions over the phone or voicemail without being asked to. That would be so pitiful. I guess it would be more embarassing if the impression was bad though (a la William Hung from...
Its really funny to see Carroll Spinney in interviews and see Big Birds voice come out of his mouth. Its also interesting to watch the expressions on the performers faces while they do the characters.
In the case of that song, Kevin Clash probably performed Hoots and recorded Elmo's voice later. Hoots was the more prominant character in the scene and had the solo lines.
I would think that in cases where they are singing songs, the voices are dubbed (when needed). Obviously Oz isn't going to do both characters voices at the same time. Plus, the singing is very specific and not so improvised as speaking dialogue. Its easier to just prerecord a voice and have...
I think it is possible. I may be wrong but I think there were tons of new members joining MC when Muppet Wizard of Oz was airing (including myself) and it was the main topic of discussion.
If he can do Oscar justice, great. Maybe if they get someone else to do Oscar it will open up more opportunities for BB and O to share scenes together. I don't if we even should be talking about it though. Spinney is still playing the Bird and there isn't anything saying he is leaving soon...
