    Talking with kids.

Herry is actually performed by Jerry Nelson (The Count), and that character was always great at talking with the kids (mainly Jon-Jon). I loved all those great kid talk moments. It was wonderful how they included that whole montage on the "A Celebration of Me, Grover" DVD. It was beautiful...

    Happy Halloween....?

I like that it is up all week. I think that for all of the main holidays they should keep the special banner up longer just to get in the spirit of things. The Christmas one should be up for atleast a week before Christmas in my opinion. Its just we get some really cool new festive Fourth of...

what disney should have done for the special edition movie DVDs

This karate chop thing is confusing me. WHy would they cut a song if she karate chops? I'm lost.

what disney should have done for the special edition movie DVDs

Yes, but remember that if you wait a little longer, the prices usually start going down.

    The Muppet Guitar Project

I actually have two music books, The Muppet Songs book and a Joe Raposo song book. Both are vocal/piano/guitar. They are great books. Rainbow Connection is included in the Muppet book. There are some songs that I have been looking for that weren't in those books "Don't Want to Live On the...

    Brian Muehl's Elmo

I guess Benny just sounded like Elmo with a lower, gruffer voice. He was like Elmo with an attitude, but couldn't you say the same about Oscar and Big Bird? Sometimes you will hear a little Oscar creep into Bird's voice.

Guest Stars on Sesame Street list

I think I asked this somewhere before but got no reply. Did John Denver ever do anything on Sesame Street? I know that he has appeared with the Muppets several times in specials and things, and he was also a very good friend of Jim's. I would be surprised if he didn't appear at all on Sesame...

    D'Snowth's Sesame Reviews

Sorry, D'Snowth. I just haven't had a lot of time lately to respond to everything. Sometimes all I have time for is read a few threads and sometimes reply to one or two. Nothing personal. You know I love your reviews.:)

    Kevin Clash interview 2004

Wow! That was a really cool interview. The radio interviews are great because Clash can just jump from voice to voice as if the character is completely disconnected from himself. I liked the conversation with Elmo. He was really funny. Tavis also did an interview with Loretta Long that year...

To clear up confusion about Bruno

Whenever Oscar is seen walking around with his feet sticking out, he is performed by a midget inside a costume, so it wouldn't be the same thing really. Carroll Spinney or someone like that wouldn't have been able to do that and have Oscar pop up.

    I miss Kermit!

How much did Steve really work on this movie though? Did he have any other characters besides Ernie? Ernie and Bert were basically just doing commentary (which was obviously filmed separately). Could have taken 15 minutes to tape.

    I miss Kermit!

Didn't Jim Henson once say something along the lines of the Muppets will live so long as the people want them too.

    Did Cantus ever appear again?

I like them all, but of course Kermit and Ernie are my favorites of Jim's, followed by Rowlf.

    Did Cantus ever appear again?

    All the Henson guys huh?:p

    Kermit's poor bicycle skills

Yeah, I don't think he could have driven that car anyway. He's got slippery hands.

Do you ever feel ashamed for liking Sesame Street?

I am really glad that someone started this discussion, because it is something I have somewhat been thinking about ever since I joined this forum. Since I noticed the thread, I have put off for a while on answering because I needed time to truly collect my thoughts on it because I feel it is...

    Ernie has moved

Grover and Herry supposedly live in 456 Sesame Street. I think Telly does too.

    Ernie has moved

You may be right about the filling windows thing. Ernie and Bert's "residence" did seem to change a lot. Famously, they live in the basement of 123. That is where they were always said to be living. In Christmas Eve On Sesame Street (like minor muppetz said) they were seen at the end waving...
