    It has begun, my friends...

To me, any time after Halloween ends is fair game. That is why I like it when Halloween comes because as soon as the day is over, the greatest time of the year begins. I just love the holiday season. And Thanksgiving and Christmas have always been cousins to me. They go together. I dunno...

    Your Avatar-explain Yourselves!

Funny how we both got new roommates on the same day and both are musical. We also changed our avators just for them.:)

    Fraggle Rock film in development

I agree with what you are saying but I don't think I would even consider the music to be "80s style". It had more of a 60-70s hippie feel to it. But, yes, it should have the same sort of feel that the music always had on the show. I wouldn't mind if they revamped the theme song a little though...

    Muppet Central...return...

To be completely honest, Mrs. Pepper, I don't even remember what it is we didn't get along about. LOL. It must have been pretty dumb then. It doesn't matter though because now we are buddies. Thanks, Beau, for starting this nice thread. I know that there have been times that I let myself...

Humans and Muppets with good chemistry

No, it was just a weird blooper and Marty Robinson made a funny adlib off of the weird moment.

Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

Big Bird: Thanks, Bats! (waves to the bats and carries package inside the room) Bryan, you have a package here. Bry: Really? I wonder what it--oh, hey I know what these are! Big Bird: What are they? Rosita: Si, que pasa? Bry: Its the figures I bought from the Chapmans. They finally...

    Oscar's New York accent

Oscar has always had the New York accent. Also, Sesame Street is in New York, so he isn't from somewhere else.

    Muppet Survivor Game

Well, it looks like Ernie is the only one who completed the task at all, so he wins Immunity once again. Ernie, this also means that you automatically advance to the final 2. Boober and Mildred, who never even did the task, are both up for elimination. Please send in your votes ASAP. After...

Well, they probably did it again. I never said they aired that take.

    Monsters

You know something I have noticed? There are certain monster characters whose names are always mentioned using the last name of "Monster" at the end and some are never referred to like that. It is always like this: Cookie Monster Herry Monster Telly Monster and then: Grover Elmo Zoe...

Humans and Muppets with good chemistry

It was Martin Robinson's own joke that he adlibbed because of Bert's awkward exchange with him. It wasn't originally scripted for them to say hello in passing until after they realized how weird it was that they were walking right by each other.

Humans and Muppets with good chemistry

Do you mean Ernie? Yeah, I remember that. I also remember the clip on the Sesame Street Biography that they showed of the Bert and Ernie scene where Telly comes over to play with Ernie and Bert leaves. And they were saying how awkward it was because Telly and Bert basically walk right by each...

    Anybody visit their old schools?

I don't revisit my elementry school and I have not really visited my high school for a couple years either. The closest I came was my HS drama teacher just retired after about 12 years of teaching there and a huge party was held in her honor. I got to visit many all of my old friends...

    My own two cents

You're right, there are so many terrific shows out there for kids that Sesame Street has paved the way for. However, Sesame Street still manages to be educational and highly entertaining at the same time...almost to the point where you forget you're learning.

Its cool. I didn't know they mentioned it on the SW site though. I was just trying to avoid having multiple threads about the same thing. No worries.
