Telly: The stoop! Oh how I love this stoop! (runs over to the 123 stoop and hugs and kisses it) Oh its so good to be home.
Bry: Hey, Hoots! What are you up to?
Hoots: (taping a flyer to the window at Hooper's Store) Hey, guys. I'm just putting up this flyer for the open mic sing-along...
I actually think this would be an interesting idea! Have a video release with all of those lost characters discussing memories from Sesame Street. They could show their best moments. It could have Herbert Birdsfoot, Don Music, Forgetful Jones, Guy Smiley, Lefty the Salesman, SAM, Roosevelt...
Like I've said, it was visually fun, but the adaptation was terrible compared to the first film. Johnny Depp was also flat. Of course that is only my opinion.
The picture in picture thing with Grover commentary is usually only one time in an episode. Its usually a song too. Usually a song that can easily be accessed on video or on the current Sesame Street anyway. I find it annoying sometimes too though.
Big Bird had a great cameo in The Muppet Movie in the middle of Kermit and Fozzie's song "Movin' Right Along," and Oscar appeared in The Great Muppet Caper.
By the way, it always cracks me up to see Biff and Sully at the wedding because they are dressed in formal wear yet still have their...
Telly: Oh, that wasn't Mr. Hooper, Sweetums. That was Alan. He moved to Sesame Street a few years ago to run Hooper's Store. Mr. Hooper used to own the store but then he passed away. It was very sad. That French toast was superb by the way. Mmmhmm. I wonder if Baby Bear will be around...

Snuffy: Sesame Street isn't this corny.
Big Bird: Not unless Bob is dressed up in a bee costume.
Snuffy: O-hohoho. Yeah, he did look silly.
Big Bird: Well, it's not birdseed. Still, we gotta eat something.
Snuffy: It would be nice to rest my feet for a while...
Not many people realize this so I thought I'd throw it out there for those of you who crave the classic skits. Play With Me Sesame (on Noggin) features many of the classic skits on the show. Some of them go as far back as before Jim Henson's death. I can't tell the exact dates from watching...
Welcome back, Boober, Elmo, Scooter and Sal. It's nice to see you all together again. We are still waiting to see if Grover, Sam or Gonzo show up. Unfortunately, I don't think Johnny Fiama will be able to make it back. He is doing Palm Springs this weekend. Please, enjoy your time together...
(walking on a random street)
Snuffy: Are we close, Bird?
Big Bird: I don't think so, Snuffy. Gonzo, I thought you said you knew how to get there. Today we were supposed to talk about the letter B. If we don't get there we'll miss it. Oh, gee...

I agree with your statement regarding The Count. Like Big Bird and Grover and others, he is such a critical element to the show and should be able to continue his appearances.
