I saw in an interview (I think it was Quentin Terrintino) on a talk show, and he was talking about his experience on MWOO. He said that he got a chance to have a photo taken of him with his favorite Muppet characters and one of them was Rowlf. He was saying how he would be having actual...
I sure it will consist mainly of Sesame Street, especially given the title and the fact that SS and Elmo have taken up so much of his career. He will probably touch on his other Muppet work though. Wasn't Clifford his first main character?
Well, you would think I would have a name more closely related to Sesame Street or something, but so many names were already taken and I didn't like any of the other varients of it. I went with BEAR because I have always had such a soft spot for the big snuggly host of the Big Blue House. He...
Carroll Spinney paved the way. Now Kevin Clash is coming out with something. Let's just hope we can see more great things like this from other performers, especially Jerry Nelson or even Frank Oz.
Actually, you know what else would be wonderful? A similar book about one or more of the...
I can't remember everything in exact detail because I saw it when it aired during the summer. Basically, Craig asked him something along the lines of if he was at all interested in Miss Piggy. Pepe's response? Nothing more than a sound similar to that of a cat hocking up a furrball. That...
Oh, I see! Okay, sorry. You mean does he have a body underneath his shirt? Er...umm...or if he took off his shirt, would there be orange Ernie skin for us all to feast our eyes on. Gotcha! :p
I always loved Rowlf. He is such a special character that is so different from all the others. He is silly, but in a more intellectual way as opposed to the slapstick zaniness of everyone else. He is sort of the middleman between Kermit's straight man, mellow persona and the wacky nonesense...
I have seen full body shots of Ernie before. Probably not very common, but I've seen it. The final of Elmopalooza shows some of the characters in full body form (Ernie, Bert, Count, Prairie, Grover...). Sometimes he is in full body in cast photos too.
Yes, althought I have only really noticed it recently in the last few years. Basically they do this thing sometimes where they will tilt to the side made to look like he is thinking/imagining, or to make him look confused or dizzy. Check out the part in Elmo's World after he opens the closet...
I loved how he talked about the type of woman he is into and that he only goes after non-Muppets. His reaction when asked about Miss Piggy was priceless!
To this day I have always wondered what exactly Animal is supposed to be. I mean he is kind of human but not. He's like half man, half beast or something.:halo:
Yes, but we are specifically referring to characters with mechanisms. Not characters like Kermit who just skews his face manually. Read the first post again.:p
