Thank God I'm not the only one around here who adores "Waiting for Guffman". "Not only did the citizens of Blaine see the ship, they went aboard for a pot luck dinner!"
To RedDragon: I welcome you to this crazy place. I should give you a few warnings though:
1) Never insult Kimp the Shrimp
2) Reference some obscure Muppet like Angus Macgonagall once a week or you will be deemed a Muppet Illiterate
3) Make sure you know the Banana Sketch!
(If you don't...
I find the IMDb to be a great source of information 95% of the time, and little more than tabloid 5% of the time. I mainly go there for the goofs and trivia.
"Merci!" (I take mandatory French classes. I live in a civilized country- vous are all pigs. Pun intended, and I don't mean it- I like the US better than Canada.)
Vic:
1) According to the Kermitage character guide, "(The EM) doesn't know where Animal came from and prefers not to ask." So perhaps he was built from a monster, but is actually related to Gonzo. Now THAT would make an interesting movie- "The Muppet Family", you know?
2) Yes indeedy! I...
Is this why in full body shots, there is very little mouth work? I suspect that the radio control equipment was fairly new (it was actually invented for GMC) and they were afraid to use it too much.
Oh yeah. Frank was convinced he wasn't a good singer in the first season, a thought which was finally pried out of his head towards the end of the same season. I don't know why he would think this, as he is one of the better Muppet singers- Jerry's the best!
BA3C stands for Bobo And Angus Appreciation Club. This is a thread/club designed exclusively for fans of those two great Muppets, Bobo the Bear and Angus Macgonagall the Argyle Gargoyle. I feel that these two Muppets in particular are often overshadowed by the 'core group' of Muppets. So go...
Easily the Muppet movies (except KSY, MFS and MTM) as well as these:
The Terminal
The Phantom Of the Opera
Stand By Me
Waiting For Guffman
Best In Show
The Stepford Wives (Frank's version)
The Incredibles
Beauty and the Beast
Pepe is barrelling over Kermit, Floyd, Janice, Scooter, and everybody else. I think we should get rid of him. Now if there's so much Pepe, why isn't there enough Bobo?
Why thanks Vic. I have seen the Brooks film, and thought that it was pretty entertaining. We however are looking to create a "Monty Python" version of the history of the world, if you know what I mean. Thanks for the suggestion, and talk to you later.
LOL...
I plan to watch it on my massive new TV with a bowl of M & Ms mixed into popcorn with the door closed, the sound turned up, the blinds turned down, the chair exactly 8.59104 inches from the screen, my Nanco Beaker in hand ready to meep on his appearance, my Disney World Sam in the...

A friend of mine and I have come up with an idea for a film we think is a real winner. It is called "The History of Mankind (sorta)" and takes a humorous look at evolution, creation, the Middle Ages, the rise of communism, George Bush and just about everything there is to poke a stick at. What...
I think this must be running through the head of some JHC exec (and NOT Brian, I love Brian)-
"What, The Cube? OH NOOOO! NOT THE CUBE! Let the public see more Elmo, yess, more Elmo, yess, yess, see them flock to the WalMart, yess, hiss hiss, world cuteness, yess, ha ha haha HAHAHAHA! Don't...
