I haven't seen most of these but I can say that I love "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and "Race for Your Life, Charlie Brown" with the raft racing. I really enjoyed the latter one when they used to air it on TV a lot. So classic. I've always enjoyed the Peanuts specials.
Great movie with some awesome quotes. One of my favorites has always been...
Jim: I hate my life.
Gonzo: I hate your life too.
Rizzo: If I had a life, I'd hate it.
Jerry's and Marty's Snuffy voices are definitely different. Jerry's was a bit more nasally while Martin's voice for the current Snuffy is deeper and has more of a gravelly gruffness to it (much like Telly's current voice.)
Ernie: (Dressed in football uniform and helmet) Telly, did you post the sign up sheet on the lobby bulletin board?
Telly: (also wearing his uniform and a cooking pot on his head) Yes, sir! (salutes)
Ernie: Good, we want to get as many of our friends on this campaign.
Big Bird: (walks into...
That is one of the reasons I like to bring in some of those great characters in small cameo appearances over at the Muppet Dorms from time to time. I like to see them alive in some way atleast in our hearts.
Just curious how you would cast the Muppets in "A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To the Forum". Here are the characters:
Pseudulous
Hysterium
Senex
Domina
Hero
Philia
Miles Gloriosus
Erronius
Marcus Lycus
The Courtesans:
Tintinabula
Panacea
Geminae Twin...
WHy do people keep nominating me for BITBBH Enthusiast? I mean, it's very nice of you and I do like it, but I hardly ever discuss it. I guess I'll have to assume that I am being nominated in the category and will probably win because I am probably the only BITBBH enthusiast (to any degree at...
I wish I could do something like buy a bunch of TMX's and resell them for a discounted price just to go against what these jerks are doing and then the kids of the world could have a nice toy without their parents having to go bankrupt.
Yeah, I know.
I wanted to read the whole page to see whether they were being auctioned for charity or not because some of them are and I can support that. However, when it is merely for personal profit, that is where I have the problem. I can't believe those prices.
Bry: (watching Ernie) Funny, I would have thought Telly to be the one to react this way.
Telly: (charging into the room) DID YOU HEAR?! IT'S A NATIONAL DISASTER!!
Bry: Nevermind...
Bert: (on the computer) Oh this is just awful...
Ernie: What's wrong, Bert?
Bert: Oh, it's all these people that are buying the new TMX for regular price and then trying to resell it for profit of up to a thousand dollars. Then when all the retail stores sell out, parents have to turn to...
It's a crime is what it is and it's disgusting! That may be the one thing I really don't like about ebay. It's one thing in about 30 years to auction off the toy as a special classic collectors item, but when it has barely hit the stores yet. It's wrong!
