I agree, Boober's voice is too cute.
Does anyone know what the title translates into? I noticed it had a question mark.
And I like French Gobo's strong, manly voice. :)
Yeah, sorry about that... For the record, I'm not some crazy, psychotic stalker, although I know that I could never prove that based on this thread. :batty:
Anyway. Muppet Wizard of Oz. Yes, a bit disappointing, especially since Oz is one of my favorite book/movie/story things ever (I am as...
Yeah, I thought of that. I don't really know what the difference is. That's why I thought that maybe seeing it in the context of the movie won't seem so strange.
But I'm sorry if I sound negative... I really do think this will be a great movie, and like others have said, it is wonderful to see...
This makes me happy. :) Scooter and Janice were such an integral part of the Muppet charm in TMS and the older movies, and its wonderful to know they will have a voice again.
I liked it. I have to say that I thought the singing, dancing postal workers to be a little weird, but I'm sure in context, it won't be so jarring. Anyway, like Carrie said, the characters all look and sound great! They're trying out some new wardrobes on 'em, which is nice, and their voices all...
Weeeeeell... I don't know if I'd say Gonzo isn't as zany as some of the others...

I actually think that Sam might...
Well, I certainly am glad I decided to research a little before buying the new DVD. I don't own any incarnation of Emmett Otter's Jugband Christmas, but I am loathe to buy one knowing that Kermit isn't in it (better than buying it thinkin he's in it only to get a nasty surprise, though). So now...
I looked but didn't see where anyone else had posted this... if it is a repeat, though, I apologize.
Anyway, today's (November 24) poll on the Internet Movie Database is "Favorite Jim Henson creation?". The choices are...
-The Dark Crystal
-Fraggle Rock
-Labyrinth
-The Muppet Show (and...
I don't know... I think Rowlf is a little too laid back for Sam to truly appreciate him. We all know the dog wouldn't waste a good one-liner if he had one on Sam.
I thought that the eligibility season was Feb-Jan. As in, to be eligible for an Oscar in 2009, your movie had to be released sometime between February 2008 and January 2009. I mean, summer movies have always been eligible for the Oscars. Sure, none of 'em ever win, but they are theoretically...
The same ad campaign uses a nice shot of Jim and the Muppets from that commercial in their print ads. You know, the two-page spread ads in magazines? I've seen it in Time and People these last couple of weeks.
The shot of Jim is just one of several celebrity pictures, but it is very prominent...
