Annoyed? Are you kidding?! You are truly one of my favorites here (and I wouldn't call it a very long list at all). Kyle, you are one of the most kind-hearted and generous people I've met here and am proud to call you my friend.
I know. Most of the true talent is just getting older and most of what's in the forground is crap. Although, this has been a pretty good movie year in general.
Muley on TV Guide Channel
I don't think Kevin has mentioned this appearance anywhere, but I wanted to share. Just last night I was watching the American Idol review show on the TV Guide Channel and there he was! Kevin's pal Muley the Mule was being interviewed at the Americal Idol auditions...
Ilikemuppets, I totally understand what you were getting at though. Keep in mind that there are a good handful of performers that are still quite marketable and of high value regardless of how old they are. Think Robin Williams, Judi Dench, Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, Steve Martin...
Do you really think Sesame Workshop would release a DVD with parodies of their own characters in a negative light (ex: Bert and Ernie in a sexual relationship, Kermit on drugs, Big Bird being set on fire by Gordon)? I don't think so.
Bry: Has Ed already started setting up for the party?
Big Bird: Yep. And Ryan and Gonzo started up the grill. Ryan's allowed to do that because he's a grown-up.
Bry: Hey, just because he has a new girlfriend and knows how to drive a car doesn't automatically make him a grown-up.
Big...
Actually, Kyle, I'm not in this one. I didn't send a pic in on time, unfortunately. Looks great though, Dave. You did a wonderful job, once again, of mixing the MCers in with the Muppets. I did recognize many of you guys (Prawnie, Beth, Beau, Kyle, Dave, Kate, bobhopesite, Barry Lee, and...
I WAS EXPECTING THAT TOO!!! It would have made for a better ending. I forget what did happen with her. Did she or did she not choose to give up her powers? On the DVD they show an alternate ending, but I don't remember which they used. I think Rogue had the most frustrating "power". I...
Bry: Gosh, it's been so quiet around the Dorms all day.
Ernie: That's one.
Bert: I find it quaint.
Ernie: That's two.
Bry: Well, atleast you got to spend some nice quality time reading your new book.
Ernie: Three!
Bert: Ah yes! The Quest of the Quaker Quail. It's quite a good...
I don't think "ditzy and clueless" are really the words to describe Jeannie, but i know exactly what you mean, Snowthy. It's more of a sweet innocence similar to one of my all-time favorite classic TV characters, Lisa on Green Acres. And Lohan does not have what it takes in my eyes to capture...
Nice and interesting analogies. There are many different worlds, but I believe they are still very much connected. The whole point of Fraggle Rock and the worlds of the Doozers, Fraggles and Gorgs are that they can't really function without each other. You are right that the Doozers and Gorgs...
Like I said, never a big comic booker. The only ones I did have were those and I enjoy the comics in the Sunday paper. It's funny how I can get myself into the films, but can't sit through a comic.
