You guys are analyzing too much and finding every possible way for this not to work. If it's raining then they just won't have them out. Just like any other walk around character.
I'm sorry. I'm just getting so sick and tired of all the pessimism on this forum.
Bry: Aah it's so nice to be able to talk normally again.
Big Bird: You can talk!
Bry: Yeah. Well, the numbness wore off a while ago, as well as the pain.
Big Bird: Oh good.
Bry: Where are the girls?
Big Bird: Oh, Kathy's back so Prairie and Rosita went back to their room downstairs...
I know which member Snowth is talking about. Her user name was Spamela and I think she was even in the Dorms for a short time, Ed.
By the way, Dave, I must admit that this visual is pretty amusing. Big Bird and Elmo look fascinated while Baby Bear looks scared. Anyone else notice Rubber...
Bry: (walks in the room)
Telly: Bryan, you're back!
Bry: Hee, gooys.
Big Bird: How was the dentist?
Bry: I em steell a leettle-a sure-a.
Big Bird: Bryan, I can't understand you.
Bry: Surry, Beeg Burd. I em steell noomb frum ee nufuceeene.
Telly: What is he saying?!
Bry: Ah...
Or maybe he just won't visually be in the movie. I hope he is though. I mean, is there any reason why Parkes shouldn't be able to reprise the role? People are saying he's retired from the acting business, but do you think that's reason enough for him to turn down an offer to do the movie even...
(While a bunch of the dormies are having fun in the pudding pool, we here Prairie in voice-over)
Muppet Dorms were brought to you today by the letters K, P, and by the number 9.
Ernie: (in swim trunks) Hey, I hear there's a lemon pudding swimming pool in the Prawncracker's room. Anyone wanna come?
Bert: Is there an oatmeal jacuzzi too? (laughs) Eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh!
Ernie: Hmm...I dunno.
Bert: No thanks, Ernie. I'm going to bed. Goodnight! (goes to bed)
Ernie...
I wouldn't mind seeing a Super Grover movie of some kind. There's a lot of things they could do with it. Plus, it seems Grover is rising up again to popularity. Not that he was ever unpopular, but he seems to be used an awful lot lately.
As far as the Elmo's World movie...that could be...
(outside)
Big Bird: Hey, why is there a big hole in Ryan's wall and a...pool of lemon pudding?!
Snuffy: Beats me, Bird. I've seen stranger things happen in that room!
Big Bird: True.
Snuffy: But you know...it sure does look like everyone's having a great time. Are you thinking what I'm...
I don't think they're having the movie take place from where the series ended. It will be from the middle of the series. So Doc can't just be dead, nor can Sprocket live with the Fraggles.
I'll be going down to Disneyland in a couple weeks, so I'll look out for it. It seems like it'll be interesting. Atleast they're incorporating the Muppets more into the theme parks other than just the 3-D show.
Yeah, it was interesting that for the cartoon series they made Camilla into a chick doll for Gonzo, but when they would play Camilla would come to life in his imagination.
The only thing about returning the Around the Corner is that they'd need someone to run those businesses there, unless they changed. Ruthie and Celina are gone, so they'd need someone to run the Finders Keepers Store (which Ruthie was so identified with) and the Dance Studio.
