    I am probably the first of a few to actually make a Wilkins replica. I was going for the look of the earlier Wilkins with the yellow color and the black outline around the tongue. His pupils are a little large but overall, I am happy with the way he turned out. Let me know what you think.

    Keep in mind that there are many talented puppeteers working for those companies who do other jobs (building, wrangling, writing, etc.) They typically hire puppeteers internally and it is rare that they scout.

If I may offer a tip: I have found that for an Elmo style nose, take a plastic easter egg that halves vertically and spray the outside with spray adhesive, then tightly pull the fleece over it and trim it at the edges, leaving enough fabric to tuck over into the inside of the egg. it...

    Introduce yourself as yourself. Demonstrate entering and exiting the frame with a puppet. Do 3-4 minimum character voices (ranging from high to low in pitch) Finish off with a song.
