this time i am going to make a bert puppet. The only thing i am wondering about is the eyes. There are similar shapes availible in wood, but i'm worried it won't get the look i am after, shine-wise. Any suggestions anyone?

Do a search on the internet, there are feathers and such to bou online. As for his nose, try make it with fleece and fill it with fiberfilling. If you don't already know how to pattern the nose, take a small sewing class or something, it might be very helpful. /Anders
