    The music in my head...

Was this a live action film? I'm wondering whether this wasn't about rhythm.

    Mona Lisa

You know, I even remember an episode where Snuffy is drawing on a pad while looking at the Mona Lisa. Bob or Luis comes by and tells us it is the Mona Lisa, and that smile is very mysterious.... no one knows why she's smiling. Soon, we see Snuffy's drawing of Mona Lisa with a large snuffle who's...

    Sad by Little Jerry

On the CD-ROM, it sorta sounds like Caroll Spinney is one of the backup singers. Which makes sense, he did do the odd AM in the first two years.

What's the name of that song?

I thought from my "Fred" post that I had humor. Lame humor, but humor none-the-less! :)

    Sad by Little Jerry

Another thing about "Mad"... for those who've seen it on the Jerusalem episode of "Shalom Sesame"... I have a pretty good feeling that Little Jerry was being operated by Frank Oz, although it was obviously Jerry's voice when originally done.

What's the name of that song?

George: Eh, how'd I ever get into this sketch?

    Sad by Little Jerry

If you think "Sad" is obscure, there's this other obscure one called "Surprise!" I have a vague memory of it, but it appears on an album by the same name and the lyrics were in the old songbook.

    Shalom Sesame Videos

It was the same as in the original.

    Shalom Sesame Videos

They didn't. At least not in the excerpt that was there. The only understandable English in the skit was by the AM Girls at the beginning. If this entire skit was ever shown on Rechov Sumsum, I'd presumed that would be dubbed. I guess we all know that Jazzy Spies #4 appeared on the Kibbutz video.

Stories: "Ira and Inez", "Legend of Lady Linda"

One record album I have has a bunch of Sesame Street stories that were used on the show. Usually, these were the kind of skits that were narrated by Bob (or Maria or another human) and usually acted out by the Anything Muppets. Highlights that people here should be familiar with included: "The...

Oh, so that's what that line was. I understood the rest in that part of the song.

The name of that song.... it's Fred, isn't it? :)

    Whatever happened to Roosevelt Franklin?

Roosevelt doesn't speak, but I'm almost sure that Frank Oz is operating him in the "clapping" sketch. It's hard to describe, at least for me, but Frank had a certain way of operating Anything Muppets.

    Ernie & Bert

I guess one instance where Ernie did "mean well" is when he decided to withhold asking Bert a very important question while he was reading his was reading his newspaper. He tried, anyway, but he ended up singing aloud and holding a loud conversation with Rubber Duckie, which disturbed Bert...

Honeymooners actor Art Carney dies at 85

That's even another reason why that this special should be released on video/DVD. Say, Phil, you don't know if there are any plans for such a release, as there was with the Muppets on Ed Sullivan DVD?

Things you can't do in real life

Obviously there are little music bands in the fire hydrants and mail boxes. :)

Who is the guy that plays Animal Guessing Games?

That was Whitman Mayo, who played Grady on "Sanford and Son".

What clips are on these Shalom Sesame videos?

At least Ernie sounded closest to being Ernie, I can't say the same for the others.

    Scrach my Back

I think Pam Arciero (Grungetta) was Jill. It was even done on Plaza Sesamo recently.

What clips are on these Shalom Sesame videos?

They're available on Amazon.com. I also did a quick search on eBay and found "Kids Sing Israel" there. Hope this is helpful!
