I love watching Unsolved Mysteries and those other haunting shows, but I don't take them seriously. I do think people still exist when they die, but I don't think they make themselves known like that. I guess for me those shows are like modern day ghost stories. Fun to hear but nothing to worry...
Oh yes, it always frustrated me when people dismissed me (or anyone else for that matter) as "too quiet." To be honest, I'm really only quiet in new situations. Once I get comfortable, I can talk for hours! Lol Some friends find it hard to believe I'm shy. I also sometimes find it easier to...
I'm really sorry that happened, disapointments are the worst! Just don't give up, eventually something good will happen. And hey, as you get older and more independent you'll be able to take your own vacations, lol.
Yeah passports are expensive and take a long time to obtain. Though, that's...
Definitely, I was just saying both sides of the opinion should remember that we will occasionally disagree and there's nothing wrong with that. Some people will be happy with some changes, others will not. Both perspectives are fine. It's not about who is right or wrong. The important thing is...
Like I said, I do support the current performers for the job they are doing. However, I think if someone isn't happy with a change, that's their opinion and they have a right to it. The important thing is to be respectful of each other's different opinions. :)
"You can tell them your opinion...
Yeah I do think it's unfair to judge the performers. As long as the personalities are there, I can live with slightly different voices. I personally they have both done a good job. :) My main worries are usually with the writing and the updating to fit "modern times", which are often not beneficial.
Yes exactly! :halo:
Hehe, yeah I've listened to the speeches a few times too; they do put you in a good mood. One thing's for sure, I'll never hear the birds, look at colored glass, smell the flowers, or hear "I'm Going To Go Back There Someday" the same way again. :flirt:
We'll all have our own opinions. Of your initial idea SSLFan, I personally like the idea of an hour long show. I don't mind if it's on the Disney Channel, or whatever channel it's on as long as it's somewhere, lol. The Disney actors maybe aren't the best, but I don't mind if the Muppets are...
Overall I enjoyed it. Piggy did look like her old '70s self, which is always better than the '90s look. And I personally loved her voice.
"Why do you wear your ring over your glove?"
"Well if I didn't you wouldn't be able to see it!"
LOL, You know I never thought of that before!
Some of...
That's a good point about being reserved; when you do talk, people often stop to listen!
I do think assertive and reserved people could actually benefit from each other's company, hehe. But too often they dismiss each other, either as too quiet, or too crazy.
In this case, I'm really glad...
I do sometimes sure! And you get to know the songs when you hear them over and over. Yeah that's too bad that some people can't get it right now. I say "right now", because you never know with computers, eventually you may get the capability or maybe your computer will change. Good luck! :)
It's actually ironic, when I first heard this song as a child, I didn't like it at all. Partially because I didn't like Mokey much at the time, she just seemed soft and silly (I have since changed my opinion). When I got to hear the song now years later, I immediately fell in love with it...
I agree, it's frustrating when quality stuff is barely available, and then when it is, it has to be removed.
Well, no one said having good taste was going to be easy. :)
Donald Duck was my favorite as a kid, so funny when he was frustrated!
My second favorite is Goofy, love those exercise and education shorts he always did!
Then I'll say Jiminey Cricket, partially from the movie and again, from the education shorts he did.
"You are the human animal. You...
Oh yes I can definitely identify with that, I wrote the book (or at least the first and last chapter! ;))
My friend just pointed out that both Beaker and Sully sort of had problems communicating and getting their points across. Yeah I'm sure there were times when everyone was busy and Richard...
Yes that's why there are kids shows even today that I don't mind watching, if they're written for both kids and adults. They're certainly much more amusing than Friends!
