Yeah, it really is great. Thumbs up to Chris Hardwick for conducting the "interview". Loved the Gags Beasley call-back, Bunsen's invention (poor Beaker!), and the Jennifer Aniston runner.
Still, it always bothers me when Pepe calls them Muppets. I love it when he says "Muppin" or "Muffin". I...
Chris Hardwick's The Nerdist podcast has a number of the Muppets on his latest episode.
Included are Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Pepe, Animal, The Swedish Chef, Bunsen Honeydew, Beaker amongst others.
It's on the podcast feed (link goes to iTunes), but there's should be a link soon on...
Doesn't make sense to use the original Oz and Hunt tracks if you're just going to do a new Robin record instead of using the original Nelson.
And yes, I think the only reason Pepe wore the tutu was to sell the "Nine Ladies Dancing" line, okay? I laughed.
NBC has posted it on the Jimmy Fallon blog.

I enjoyed this week. I get the feeling that some people here feel that the Muppets should exist in a time warp, frozen from all external influences. I think the Muppets should (and do) reflect the show they're on.

I would say that the best bet "Avenue Q" has to make it on TV is Conan O' Brien. His show showcases the up and coming often and the subject matter would appeal to the people who watch his show (including me!).
The new VH1 show "I Love The 70s" began tonight and had more than one Muppet reference, including some comments from Mr. The Frog himself, Kermit.
He first appears when they discuss "Sesame Street" which is during the first hour in 1970. Kermit popped up again in the second hour with a comment...
Ugh! Those fruit snacks are one of the worst things for teeth. Make sure he brushes after everytime he eats them. You'll be glad he did.
Fruit Roll Ups and those Fruit Snacks in a pouch stick to the teeth and hold on for dear life.
I've seen kids just a little bit older than your wee one...
Yes, they do. It's a 25% discount, but keep in mind that you can't get same-day matinee tickets from the booth downtown, they must be purchased the day before.
Also, it's not everyday they do it. For example, you're less likely to get them on a weekend because the theater will be close to...
Saw AQ!
I saw "Avenue Q" during Wednesday's matinee. I went by myself because all my friends are gainfully employed (working stiffs!), so I went a bit early to shoot for rush lottery tickets.
"Avenue Q" has the whole front row (12 seats) reserved for the winners of the lottery which is held...
