UGH! I can't believe I left it out since it was a very important point I was trying to make.
Despicable Me. it aired Valentines weekend on ABC, and they had to digitally remove the NBC logo off the Jumbotron.
They kinda gang you and force you to take pictures. You can try to avoid them, that's the best you can do.
You know what the worst thing is? DC and Marvel went after legitimate party companies (somewhere if you're nasty to kids, you actually could be held accountable for) that offer their...
No, it's not the internet. Some videos load perfectly. Some videos that don't load actually do load when you change the video quality. It's just that half the time it's on 360, or if it only has 1 speed, the video load time lags and stops.
Really. They go after people who post their videos on youtube, but not this?
Yet another one of the completely illegal Walk-a-Bout costume of one of their characters (Cookie Monster) got in trouble, this time injuring a child because the father had to get money to pay for one of these thugs...
I have a deep regret for ever having a problem with LTS Lola Bunny. I blame myself for watching the episodes out of order, and letting me judge the character based on promos. I never liked the character in Space Jam (as I always say, she was Bugs's equal and superior at the same time), but...
Seems like the Silent Bob would be more like Ferb of Phineas and Ferb, as he only has one line per episode... But Tom, Wile E. Coyote, and Pink Panther (before the Matt Frewer cartoon) all had entire cartoons where they would talk quite a bit. I wonder if that's a special case.
I call BS on that, because they were on the list of the upfront. The Scooby show I understand, since it seems they ended their storyline, but LTS has no continuity (very little, anyway) and could stand to last at least a season longer. They didn't even have Petunia on the show yet, and she's...
Zoot not being in the shot is weird, but I'd doubt he's not in the scene completely. But it's great to see the EM have a larger presence in the film so far. Looks like they might have a MTM like presence in this film. As much as I'd love to see a constant barrage of almost every character...
I wanna see a shortened cut come out of this. Something tells me the three movies combined, minus the filler stuff (book relevant or not), edited down to 4 and a half hours would make a good movie. Of course, the other take is if he made a 90 minute kid's movie, someone would be seething that...
I have trouble finding out who this is for as well. It really seems to be focused to some extremely underground toy collectors with a crap load of money. It doesn't seem to fill any real void in Muppet fan collections. Sure, we'd all love more merchandise out of Disney, especially obscure...
Joking aside, a real good reason movies are different than books is because we all read the same thing differently and interpret things in our own way. So usually, we don't technically get a movie of the book, we get a movie of someone's interpretation of a book. And sometimes that leads to...
I give Beaker credit for having a different shaped head. Something that would work on certain characters. The cone shape approach is interesting. At least it stands out in a line where they kept the Munny heads in tact. Sam would have benefited from a more cylindrical head.
They do have a...
Some people recognize her from Beach movies, others recognize her from Mickey Mouse Club...
I tend to think of her as a weird two time reference in Super Mario Bros Super Show. You know you've really made it when video game plumbers like you.
Oogieloves got a mention on the cartoon version of MAD. The Life of Pi parody said something about him being in terrible places before, and being one of the 10 people who saw the movie.
Seriously... if only it was 7 years earlier, they could have been part of the Barney Bunch. That's the...
I suspect that no movie is ever like the book because they made a deal with the educational system to screw kids who don't read for their book reports and use the movie instead.
Okay.. last thread complaining about commercials, I swear. At least this one will be funny. I assure you (you just have to input some of your own).
Have you ever noticed how, even when they look polished, these local ads look cheap and pathetic? Especially if they're furniture commercials...
Gonzo's easy to screw up anyway. That's why, for years, toy companies went the "Baby Gonzo" route. Again, it looks the victim of recycling materials. The head shape throws everything out of whack. The eyes don't go nearly as deep in as they should, and the wide head stylization works well on...
