I personally did not agree with that decision. It took away the mystery and joke of Gonzo's character. We're always wondering what Gonzo is and that's funny. And we don't necessarily want to get an answer. It's like when you build up a joke and it's hilarious...until you get to the punchline...

I agree, many superstitions did serve a purpose in history and build up to important things today. But as for today, for the most part, I think superstitions fly in the face of reason and also of faith. That's just my opinion. But everyone else is entitled. :)

You know, I've changed my mind. I'll give Dark Crystal 3 and a half stars for me (out of 5). I personally thought the overall movie was too slow, but the special effects and music were excellent.

I agree, very true. Believing in bad luck goes against faith, and also goes against human intellect. I don't personally think the Devil sets up superstitions. I think humans are capable of making unwise decisions all on their own, heh.

I agree with Bear Man; I do think it's premature to dismiss Disney. They have been given a product that was already having problems. Eventually something will work, but it may take a long time. My little cousin could work a regular computer before he knew how to read. He just needed someone to tell him what the computer said, and he instantly knew what to do. :)
