Classic Sesame Street clips on YouTube

Hey, I have a video clip of "Monster in the Mirror" (both the more modern version shown on "Play with me Sesame" (i.e. non-celebrity version) and I think the original version I remember seeing as a child, with celebrities like The Simpsons showing up at the end). And I think I've got the...

    Beautiful Day Monster

Try watching him in the skit with Grover and Fred the Dragon's son and the other skit with Ernie and Bert doing a little test. They're both on Youtube and they're great.

I just uploaded another Grover the waiter sketch last night and Kermit singing "I Love My Elbows" (in German!- just a short clip). I'll upload some more when I can.

Counting to 20, Indian hands? Anyone remember?

I'd suggest you get a VCR and a library card. There's tons of great Sesame Street videos at your local library! And books too, of course! (And you can't beat free!:) )

What other SS DVD's does Kermit appear in?

Okay, I remember what you're talking about now in "The Street We Live On" special. Yeah, that was another brief cameo for Kermit.:) I wish my library had the "Sing Along Earth Songs" video tape. I was trying to get it, but the copy it has is lost!:sympathy:

    Kokomo?

Oh yeah, and look for John "Uncle Jesse" Stamos on the drums! This is not spliced from a Full House episode, John Stamos did play drums for The Beach Boys for a while in the 80s. :-)

    Kokomo?

And you can check out The Beach Boys singing their classic 1988 song online here. http://youtube.com/watch?v=h3jQYBajr6Y&search=Kokomo (I believe this is a music video made for MTV to promote Cocktail, as well as The Beach Boys, since that's the movie the song was written for.)

    Kokomo?

"Kokomo" is on the "Muppet Sing-Alongs: It's Not Easy Being Green" video released in the early 90shttp://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/6302973791/sr=8-8/qid=1140191914/ref=pd_bbs_8/104-1954405-5222347?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance :)

    Nice Idea

I've got the "Spy Muppets: License to Croak" game for PC- It's not too bad. As it's obviously aimed at younger kids, I went through it pretty quickly. However, I don't think I've tried the higher level settings yet, so it might get harder as you go on. I'm also wondering if any other cool...

What other SS DVD's does Kermit appear in?

Was that opening montage just on the video and DVD that was released? I have a copy that was taped straight off the original airing on TV (so that it has that great timeline sequence and "Mahna Mahna" at the end!:) ), but I don't know if I remember seeing an opening montage at the start of the...

    Sesame Street Cavemen Skits.

I loved watching the Cavemen sketches! It's just been forever since I've seen them. I definitely remember some with Sherlock Hemlock- did he show up in more than one or was it just the one you mentioned? I think I also remember one sketch where Ernie and Bert invented the toothbrush. It'd be...

What other SS DVD's does Kermit appear in?

Kermit is also in "Elmo's Sing-Along Guessing Game" and he sings "I Love My Elbows" and "Get Along". ("Get Along" is also on the "What's the Name of That Song?" video) Kermit also shows up a bunch in "I'm Glad I'm Me" (an excellent video by the way) Kermit talks about hands in one skit...

What episodes have been on video?

I have seen that Kids Klassics video as well. I think the one I saw had the real Muppet version of Kermit on the cover (a live action one, if you will:) ) reading the book. Robin may have been on there too- I don't remember. Anyway, I think I saw the same one Minor Muppetz mentioned. And...
