Kokomo?

Does anybody know where I can find the kokomo video with the muppets online? I heard on some other forums I can find it on a DVD which was released a long time ago, but this is the only video I really want to see.

(I believe this is a music video made for MTV to promote Cocktail, as well as The Beach Boys, since that's the movie the song was written for.)

Oh yeah, and look for John "Uncle Jesse" Stamos on the drums! This is not spliced from a Full House episode, John Stamos did play drums for The Beach Boys for a while in the 80s.
