Yeah I won't eat someone else's food either. The idea turns my stomach. As for Kid's Meal toys, I had an experience recently where I came across a Burger King Kid's Meal toy from the FurReal Friends promotion they had a year or so ago in a CVS. It was a small plush dog sitting there alone among...
It may have been a reference to something. Sometimes I see jokes or things on shows I don't get then later on I'll come across whatever it was they were referencing and finally get it.
Here's another thing that bugs me. This is probably something that bothers only me so you can probably all...
I like the Ice Age movies well enough. They aren't my favorite animated movies but they're a decent enough time killer. I'll probably end up watching the Christmas show even though it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
I have one obsession that everything else I like pales in comparison to. Dogs.
Real dogs, dogs in movies/books/TV/cartoons/commercials and most especially collecting toy dogs. I've done this off and on since I was very young, but I had a habit of getting a bunch of stuff, thinking I wanted to...
Rowlf probably wouldn't appreciate being swatted on the nose with a rolled up newspaper though. He's pretty laid back but everybody has their limits.
Speaking of Rowlf, I knew I was an obsessed Rowlf fan when someone dared say Rowlf wasn't one of the greatest creations in the history of popular...
Pick Team Kermit or Team Rowlf. It really doesn't matter. Either one would completely own the sad excuses for vampires and werewolves that Twilight has.
The Count is a better vampire than that Edward moron could ever hope to be.
So I'm poking around various toy boards as I often do when I'm bored. I come across a thread that basically had a bunch of people whining because a new figure coming out wasn't the exact color they wanted. This wasn't a travesty on the level of painting Kermit purple, the figure was only...
Actually I always thought Walter would be a shoo-in for merchandise what with him featuring so heavily in the new movie. Push the new character and all that.
I need a Rowlf toy of some kind. It's been 30 years. I've waited long enough.
I'd want a huge Dug plush but then I'm an obsessive collector of toy dogs. I'm starting to relax my "No plush" rule a bit.
Muppets cereal would be awesome. If they brought back Croonchy Stars I'd buy a year's supply. I loved that stuff back in the day. If the Flintstones can have a cereal on...
I think a lot of people find it strange that children's characters would know about something adult like drugs. It seems out of place somehow. Frankly I think there are a few older cartoon characters that would probably know a thing or two about drugs and worse. Take the Care Bears for example...
Because they hate me. That's why. Because I'm chomping at the bit for a Rowlf they won't make one. That's how my luck goes. Or at least that's how it seems sometimes.
Was there really a life size plush Dug? If so I want it so very badly.
Action figures actually have a fairly large collector base. Some of them are really nuts about the things. I'm glad I'm not interested in most things like that. I collect toy dogs and that's about it. I've lurked on action...
That Rowlf puppet is one of my holy grails. I've wanted one since I was five. I need that and the Fisher Price stick puppet for my toy dog collection. Unfortunately I don't usually have the kind of cash it takes to buy them.
I think the Transformers stuff sells but at least in my area most of the toys based on superhero movies warm shelves. I'm pretty sure muppet stuff would do better.
