That show looks raggafraggin' awful, and I hope it gets cancelled the second the first episode starts. I am really starting to hate this trend of TV shows where someone has to either move back in with their cantankerous parents or has to take care of them. They just had a show exactly like...
How is the question and the answer. It's pretty obvious that the contemplation stage went on too far to even come up with preliminary plot points and concepts.
In short, they were far too busy with the actual show to work on a feature film. That's why it's been forever for a Second Simpsons...
Worst part is, that wasn't a studio mandate... that's what the actual creators wanted. They saw a character they created... nay... created and one of them even does the voice for, and they picked an actor that really couldn't pull it off.
Love or hate or inbetween Jim Carrey, he just doesn't...
That was one of the concepts. They kept going back and forth between concepts. I think the last concept was Phineas and Ferb being Roger Rabbit-ed on to am live action movie...
Sounds like they didn't so much as hault production of a Phineas and Ferb movie so much as they couldn't get it out...
I'll give it this... Tails is kind of annoying if he steals your bubble or activates something you don't want activated. Worst sidekick/character? I severely doubt that.
Oh yeah. It's just made up out of annoying loud buzzing sounds. But every video game series has some off music. Mega...
Teen Titans Go's animation is very impressive. Not half as good as the original DC Nation Shorts that inspired the show, but for the look they're going for, it looks good. It's actually the same Flash animation they use for some Mad segments.
Still, I wish they didn't decide to make Robin a...
Two things. You know why Japanese trading figures come with candy, right? So they can technically be legally classified as candy, and thus you don't have to pay sales tax on them. And most of them will come with that single sweetart like thing. I did get a Golgo-13 figure that came with some...
As much as I would love to have seen a Phineas and Ferb movie, I honestly didn't like the concepts they were floating around, even though they were from the original creators (Jim Carrey as Dr. Doof? NO! It has to be Jon Stewart. he did a brilliant imitation once and he kinda does look a...
Oddly enough, I think Nick should go the opposite direction and create another action show. They have Avatar and its sequel and TMNT... now compare that to every wacky comedy show they ever had. That's 3 against a crapload.
Yeah. Don't they? You can have some very fluid animation if you remember that Flash is an animation tool, and not to abuse the Flash shortcuts.
I don't know what the heck they animate Axe Cop in, but more stuff should look like that.
That's what I think most flash lacks. Diverse and exaggerated facial expressions. Even Mucha Lucha that had library expressions managed to make some very expressive, wacky, cartoony faces.
And then there's the kids in the Cat in the Hat show. They have Smiling and not quite frowning. :attitude:
I really wanted to like Cat in the Hat... I really did. I think Martin Short is a brilliant and exuberant Cat, but the kids are devoid of personality and dull on every aspect, especially visually.
And I swear they sing the same song every single 11 minute episode (twice in a full 24 minute...
Already did one... and it was painful as heck to go through all the footage to do so.
The only poops I've ever seen of that are only the Ernie singing the M song.
I don't buy that he can't hold down a movie by himself. He sure can hold down a good movie by himself. Besides, he held his own comic book by himself for quite some time.
BTW, not to bring this back to the Orson Scott Card discussion... but seeing the trailer again, it looks dull and...
Here's what we know. They pulled the Wicked Witch of the West episode because of similar complaints. They certainly can flex that muscle if they want to. Yet, there are a lot of sketches that are kinda disturbing that managed to keep airing. That Bird thing, the weird Rabbit... there was...
