Sounds more interesting than some of the promotional cereals they've had recently. Cars 2 cereal? Kelloggs doing frosted Cheerios with Red and white O's... Monsters University? Kelloggs doing Lucky Charms with Mike shaped Marshmallows. Turbo? Post took orange and blue Pebbles and threw...
Even this terrible animation is easier on the eyes than those things.
But still... do they have a staff of two people that are only available on 2 hours on alternate weekends? There is no excuse for the animation being this bad. And it's not even an unintentional thing either. The original...
Sounds like some of the voice actors are from Funimation (though not many of their A-listers), which is also based in Texas. At least I know of Luci Christian.
You have a point there.
Though you have to admit, this actually looks better than Oogieloves. Not by much, but that's a pretty high bar of awfulness.
And seriously... there are NO pages on it. It's so eerily similar to how Oogieloves was released. I'm sure there will be a lot of articles...
I was looking all over the internet for info on this movie, only finding the movie's website and this article...
This article from 2009
THAT?!?!? That took them 4 years to make? And they have delusions of grandeur of a TV series and merchandising... is Ken Vesslemen behind this?
I'm sick of the notion that sequel=terrible. A large amount of sequels are actually better (even if arguably) than the first. Kung Fu Panda 2 was superior to the second for having a deeper, richer story (and a less unlikable Tigress), and Shrek 2 is considered the best of the franchise...
There was something without marshmallows I've heard of. Not really monsters, but they're like The Orange Barron and Sir Grapefellow or something. Rival WW I era pilots. They didn't last too long.
Now that I think about it, I'm surprised they didn't get in a The Vanillabominable Snowman at some...
I've freaking had it with Hulu holding old kid's shows hostage on Hulu plus. Garfield and Friends, ALf and ALF Tales... jezz... I understand Hulu plus for current programming and movies, but really... don't they get enough money from the advertisements that take hours to load up, and then break...
Dude's a werewolf. All I know about the cereal is that they pull a gun out of the box in pulp fiction. That and it was before a good amount of our member's time. It ended its run in 1982.
Now, if there's once cereal from the past I'd love to see come back... there's this one that had bits of...
Talk about a wasted concept. At least it's not directly ripping off anything, aside from being a completely lame space opera cliche storm. Closest thing I can think of is Bucky O'Hare, but only because there's that rabbit.
There's no excuse for that animation. Foodfight had all its hardware...
You're not referring to me, are you? :D I'm just in a bad mood.
But yeah. I've been trolled before and it sucks. And they're not even quality jokes. Just a bunch of dumb "I XXXX'd your mom" crap. And don't get me started on the weirdos with crazy political conspiracy theories. They're...
Now that's news I like to hear!
I mean, I never actually got to have either cereal (I've had the other three Monster Cereals and absolutely HATE that they only have them for Halloween, especially Chocula), but it's certainly welcome to see a rise in fun cereals. I mean, even when they have...
What can I tell yah? The internet sucks and most of the people on it are complete piles of garbage because it lets them BE massive piles of garbage. Trolls killed the internet.
Meanwhile, there are some sane rational people that have something to say. Too bad they get overshadowed by...
The Muppet ones usually sell fast... but these just popped up! WOW! It'll be a shame if I don't get my usual Christmas present of a Muppet ornament.
I really hope they're considering next year's release right now.
I freakin' love Bananaman. Apparently, the creator of the original British comics magazine version of Bananaman wasn't happy about the cartoon for some reason.
But yeah, those British cartoons that Nick used to have... I think Bananaman was the only one I actually saw on Nick vs 20 years later...
I'm sure the problem lies in the hours upon hours of footage someone would have to comb through. I've been wanting to see the (May or May not be) Little Jerry and the Monotones "surprise" song in English for some time..
That was kinda cute, actually.
It does seem like a lost Muppet show segment from the point of view on the Muppets. Steve Martin did change. While he did noodle with the Banjo as part of his act back then, he's become a respected bluegrass musician in recent years. I just might pick up one...
I wonder if that means they're going to put some of those on the show. Like I always say, for a company that constantly has to resort to cost cutting measures, they always seem to lose that opportunity with internationally used skits.
