>>>as Sam the Eagle once learned the hard way-- all the way to powdered wigs and silk stockings. <<<
Personally I think the 1670's Victorian fashion is way cooler than the 1970's fashion a lot of people seem to be stuck on. I say bring on the foppish powdered wigs and austentatious coats...
Well Im looking of copies of the original copy...meaning not a copy of a copy...just a copy of the original taping. I think theres a few on here who have original self taped vhs versions of the MV3D special, cosby, weezer, the tubes, and commercials. Got muchos trare archival stuff to trade!
>>>Gotta say, I think the first one is definitely the best. It goes above and beyond being a "90 minute commercial", the emotions the Turtles go through can be pretty intense (especially Raph, of course.)<<<
Oh man, nothing beats the first one! The first one is my second fave film of all...
>>>Hey, Beaker, what episodes of Fraggle Rock do you have on tape?<<<
just the 1993 Disney releases and I think change of address and 30 minute work week from a trade. Im just waiting for the French FR dvds!
>>>I actually had an audition for the live tour, but couldn't make it because it conflicted with some work I was doing<<<
so the live tour is more akin to the live TMS show from December, and not guys in suits dancing around like Sesame? Im glad if its puppets, as Id feel cheated if my...
>>>I agree with Cory's point<<<
heh thanx...I was just saying that probbaly not a great deal of Snoop fans are stereotypical media MTV projected yo wussup ho slappin crack dealin pimps as so graciously suggested on here^_^
>>>Honestly, I think they glue the plushes to the bottom of the machine! LOL! Accually a friend of mine got me a Fozzie out of one!<<<
Oh, one some of them they make it darn impossible. Especially with the large sized ones. Luckily I just went straight to the claw machine source to get my Rizzo!
>>>That's why I am looking forward to the PVC's...it's a challenge to work out joints and keep likeness, and it will be a new set of challenges to keep likeness and maintain detail at the smaller scale<<<
Well after a long fought 20 page plus post battle on minis vs. pvcs, the above quote...
>>>Not debating the point with you further, it really is silly<<<
well, as seeing as ye always have to have the last word(judging from the action figure threads)...^_^
>>>Sounds like you are generalizing and putting people in boxes that you do not personally know because of some...
>>>MAN I wish they'd put out some new parodies--very VERY funny stuff, but not when you've seen the same ones for three years in a row<<<
My thoughts exactly, they did so good in the late 90's and then once 2000 hit nothing but retread.
Makes you kinda wish theyd use some of my Muppet...
*raise your hand if youre glad other MC couples dont post to eachother* ^_^
And I finally got that Rizzo plush! So cool as well as being impossible to find!
Well the official word on Seymour:
Someone from the audience asked Pepe at Muppetfest during the Q&A about Seymour. Pepe, of course wasnt expecting a question about his former comedy partner on Muppets Tonight. I think he said hes was taking a hiatus or recouperating or something...
>>>Yes! Your right, he's an untapped market! We could get crack-addicts into the Muppets! Hookers, Pimps, Gangsters, Convicted Felons, this could be the new Muppet era! What the heck was I thinking...we need the innercity into the Muppets<<<
Wow, gotta love the suburban view of struggling...
Ok, I admit...I found the Scotch ad link on Tough Pigs...but I did find that neat Bunsen and Beaker error page on my own^_^
*sigh* This Kermitage collection debut later this year could be the biggest Muppet online thing in ages!
>>>Oh yeah, I forgot that it is Sony Metreon. And you need to get back there because they put many a main feature on the IMAX.
Where do you think I caught the Matrix in all its glory?!!!<<<
aw you lucky lucky person! The Matrix is one of my top 5 films ever(next to Toys, Ninja turtles...
Well, first Transformers is getting a revival...and next year TMNT(or Ninja turtles!) Ive been a fan since the late 80's...and while every single person on here remembers the big mainstream barney/power rangers esque Turtle Craze of the early 90's...only the diehard fans remain 12 years later...
Holy cow! How could ya not love this woman's writing style???
Annika, thats got to be one heck of an articulated peice on decade's fashion. I forgot decades dont get a identity til halfway in...heck ya even make meantion of Catcher in the Rye and late 70's UK punk fashion retread. Not bad...
