I like that episode too. That was actually the first one I saw. (I received volume 2 before I received volume 1 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE VOLUME SIX, THOSE FREAKIN' IDIOTS AT TIME LIFE... Sorry, I'm getting off track here...) Anyway, I really enjoyed the Star Wars ep. I liked Gonzo's role as...
Lol. That would be good, but I would like to see some kind of documentary style program where they really explain that it was three different actors playing Gordon as well as the history of the show, but then again, I guess these are things little kids wouldn't understand. Also keep in mind...
Oh, yeah. I forgot about that one. Scooter was seen with the Electric Mayhem quite a few times. Also, I remember Janice playing the guitar when Scooter did the "Mr. Bassman" number. Of course, that was Erin performing Janice there. I'll try to think of more examples.
I checked the TV listings for the show today and they didn't say anything about the Sesame Street Muppets. I'm hoping that's just an oversight on the website. I was really mad when I taped "The Other Half" thinking Kermit would be on it, yet he never showed up. I hope we don't have this...
You could check, "The Sesame Street Sounds Archive," they have a lot of Grover sound files there. By the way, speaking of that. I came across a soundfile of Grover in "Follow that Bird," where he didn't sound like Grover. I'm guessing somebody else performed him there and that's the voice you...
When they show a whole group of Muppets singing or something like that, Scooter and Janice usually stand next to each other, probably so Richard can play both of them at the same time. I can't recall a scene where they actually talked to each other though.
I remember David Rudman being credited on the "Sesame Street: 20 and Still Counting Special." In fact, his name was credited when they showed Grover, Cookie Monster and Herry. Maybe he occassionally played Cookie Monster when Frank was busy performing Grover or vice-versa. That would make...
Yeah, I know Kennedy voiced Animal in last year's Mastercard commercial where he didn't sound right. If that was still Kennedy in the Superbowl Pizza Hut commercial. He sounded a heck of a lot better. Either he put more work into it, or that was a different performer. After all, Bill...
Rats
Nobody here has any info on who did the puppateering or voices in that commercial? I can't find any info on this at the toughpigs site either. This is something that might be keeping me awake all night...
Hmmm. Maybe he had a different puppateer for each commercial. So far I haven't seen the first one. Just the second one. I know he didn't sound right in the Mastercard commercial where he was voiced by John Kennedy. Maybe that's who voiced him on the first commercial. But he did sound fine...
I agree. I haven't watched the show in a while, but I have noticed last time that I've seen it that they are focusing more on the newer characters. Actually, Telly isn't that new though. Wasn't he out since 1979? Come to think of it, so was Elmo. It's just that they didn't become that...
I haven't seen the pre-game ad. But I have seen the 'game ad' on TV just a few minutes ago. I wonder who the performers were. Animal sounded so much better than he did in the Mastercard commercial. Does anyone know who performed him? I'd say Eric Jacobson, since that's the only Animal voice...
I always have wondered about that. I have seen sources where Pam Acreio is credited as performing Telly. I didn't know what was up with that. I guess I do know. Lol.
